Steve did a great job. He found the fuel line was old and falling apart and was blogging float. He installed new fuel line and cleaned the carburetor. It works great again. Steve is very easy to talk to and knows his stuff. I highly recommend him.

The problem with my lawnmower was quickly identified and repaired in under an hour, for a fair price. I haven't had a problem since. It's small business, so you may not get an immediate answer when you call/email to make an appointment.

It took about 2 weeks, but I picked up my Ryobi's back from him in the Annapolis area.

Steve came over to check out my non-starting lawn tractor the same day we spoke. He was able to get me up and running in just a few minutes, gave me some tips for keeping my mower going all year long. Fixed it right there in my driveway. I will definitely call him again for servicing my mower.

I called on Tuesday. Talked to Steve. He said he would try to get out on Wednesday but for sure Thursday, and that he would call and let me know when he would be coming. He didn't call Wednesday, so I called him. He said that he thought he told me that he would try to come Wednesday, but it was on his schedule for Thursday. I asked him what time he'd be here and he said right around noon. It is 4:20 PM. No show. No call. Very disappointed for an "A" rated company.

I called Steve at Freestate on Monday, and he was able to come out the next day. My walk behind mower, which had been tuned up (by a different company) early in the season, was not starting. After looking at it, he started to do his diagnostic testing. He took off the air filter and sprayed a little intake cleaner into the motor through the vents (for lack of a better term) - and the mower started right up, and stayed running without issue. While he was servicing, we talked a little about the mower and general maintenance. He also checked the oil and filled it as it was low (which is shocking as I don't have a leak and it was in the shop this season. Steve was personable and professional throughout the visit, and I would not hesitate to use him again.

Great. Steve was very responsive and arrived 30 minutes after phone call! He took the time to show me what he did and explained that in the case of the trimmer, it wasn't worth it for him to fix it becasue the replacement part and his labor would be as much as a new one. I appreciate his honesty.

Steve did an excellent job repairing the self-propelled function on our push mower. He very quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced a missing belt. He also attempted to fix another push mower that was unable to be repaired. He didn't charge us for the service on the second mower, which we very much appreciated.

The mower's manual says to take the mower to a dealer to replace the transmission drive belt. Steve came to my location, had the correct belt, fixed the problem, saved me a lot of time and effort. Very happy with this provider. Will return in a few days to fix a portable generator. Will definitely use in the future.

Steve's service and professionalism are exceptional. He arrives when he says he will, has everything he needs to work, is responsive to customer comments, and is very reasonably priced. Steve was professional and courteous. We called on a Saturday and he was scheduled to be in our area on Monday. We asked him to call when he was on his way to the appointment Monday morning and he politely called us to say he was on his way. Steve looked over our mower and assessed the needed repairs and gave us what I considered to be a fair price for the repair work. He even left to go get a needed part from a distributor and came back to install it before leaving for his next appointment. We are very happy with the repair and the tune-up. Our old Honda mower is running well again. Steve did an excellent job and I would definitely use his services again and recommend him for mower repair.

Called him and he answered phone after a few rings. He was able to come out and repair lawnmower based on my schedule. Called on Monday and he fixed it Thursday. That was first day I had available. Steve was on time and very nice, easy going man. He found the problem very quickly. He explained what was the problem and did not mind me watching. The automatic choke linkage was obstructed with dirt and grime. He was very reasonable and had lawnmower fixed in 10-15 minutes. Steve drives a plane white van with no markings. Called The Mower Man but he could not make it out until April 13th. Steve of Freestate lawnmower repair did an excellent job and is reasonably priced.

I first called Sears and they said it would be approximately 2 weeks before they could have a technician come by. I called a local repair shop but they wanted me to bring it to them. Steve at Freestate mower came out the following day and fixed my snowblower in no time. He was very professional and new right away what was wrong.
