Description of Work: Had a very tough clog in the bathtub. Serviceman was 45 minutes late without calling. I left a voicemail, was finally called back. Had an extended meeting at his son's daycare. Understandable but when you own a business you also need to communicate with the customer. Was unable to unclog the tub at that time. Scheduled for him to come back first thing the next morning. Again had to call when he didn't show up as scheduled. He told me he did another job first. Was able to finally unclog the tub. Great work when he was there and worked hard to clear the clog. Told me he would issue a voucher toward a future service, then said he would send a gift card as he was leaving (not sure if that was to be the voucher) but never received anything via e-mail or regular mail. Work is great but communication with the customer leaves a lot to be desired. Would use again but will make sure I take the entire day off work instead of planning to go in late.

Description of Work: Purchased a deal through Angies List to have a drain unclogged for $75. After reviewing the situation, he decided my drain was not clogged and offered to install,a backflow preventer on my basement utility sink pump instead. Two weeks later the work was finally done and seems to have solved the problem.

Description of Work: We had a badly stopped sink-drain run (about 30-feet). They came and cleaned it out. Did a great job and was very helpful. Would use him again and considering setting-up as automatic/periodic maintenance.

Description of Work: I called and left a message, but didn't receive a call back. I called again the next day and he was able to come out later that afternoon. He did a great job and cleaned up afterward. Took all of 10 minutes. Very please. Would use again.

Description of Work: The service was great!! Joe called and set an appointment and reached out again 1 hour prior to arriving. Once onsite, the drain was fixed in about 20 minutes. This was perfect since I had a house full of guests. I recommend calling Drain Rite before calling anyone else.

Description of Work: Drain Rite came to snake a bathroom sink drain. I had tried to clear it with chemicals, disassembly and snaking. Still wouldn't drain. They came at a convenient time, pretty promptly, and took care of it. No problems since. Can't ask any more than that!

Description of Work: I chose Drain Rite as I thought a drain clean-out was necessary, and garbage disposal needed replacing. Joe installed garbage disposal purchased by owner. He had offered to fix existing disposal, but, I was ready for a new one. He checked drain and found no further problem.

Description of Work: I HAD A BLOCKED TOILET SEWER LINE. DRAIN RITE ARRIVED IN GREAT TIME. FIXED THE PROBLEM THEM, AND WAS SUPPOSED TO COME BACK AND FINISH THE JOB THE NEXT DAY. NEVER SHOWED, NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. NOW I HAVE THE SAM PROBLEM AGAIN I PAID THIS GUY AND FEEL THEY DID NOT DO A COMPLETE LINE CLEANING EVEN WITH THE HIGH PRICE I PAIS. THEY NEVER CAME BACK TO CAULD THE TOILET THAT THEY REMOVED. I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS OUTFIT AND ADVISE YOU BE CARFUL WITH THEM. I HAVE LEARNED FROM THIS EXPERIENCE!!! RON
