Plumber (owner) came out and diagnosed the problem. He said he needed more equipment to follow up and made an appointment for mid-week the next week. He then mixed up his days and missed the appointment, then missed the re-schedule for personal reasons. He did end up fixing the problem, but it took multiple phonecalls and much aggravation on our part while we dealt with the issue at home.

Excellent company. Easy to schedule and get hold of. He came back an additiaonal time when the initial drain replacement didn't stop a small drop due to putty from the previous owner.AmGave a heads up when he was running late

There was some miscommunication between them and my tenant with scheduling but they performed the service as scheduled. May have been the tenant's fault.

It is fixed by replacing part of the pipe. However, it took three times to finish the project and the guy who run the business by himself sometimes can not follow the schedule.

He didn't keep his appointments. We called him back and he still didn't keep his appointments. The price was fair enough. They could have been more punctual, they didn't have to breeze in and breeze out and they didn't seem very well organized. They gave us a little advice on the toilet. They didn't really seem to want to solve the problem, they wanted to get in, get out, get the money. I didn't have a written warranty or agreement with the service provider. I called them and told them it wasn't good and they said they'd come out and help us but they never came. He came and put a tube through the toilet and that was that. He wasn't the best.

Drain Rite was one of the fastest service providers to respond and set up my appointment date. Even though it was not an emergency, they were able to accommodate my first requested appointment date. The work was done on time and everything was left cleaned and perfect. Very professional job at an unbelievable price. I just had my kitchen sink unclogged by a plumbing company less than 6 months ago for almost double the cost of this visit. I look forward to hiring this service provider again.

Unfortunately when I ordered this service Thursday evening he was not able to come out until Monday morning. However the service was great! He was professional and knowledgable with drains. He discovered it was clogged up from a lot of grease the previous house owner must have poured down the sink. After clearing it with the rooter machine 3 times to make sure to knock all the hard grease loose then he drained the sink 3 times to make sure it was 100% clear. Very happy I can use the kitchen sink in my new house thanks to Joe!

it went very well, the gentleman was present. He checked the area carefully before he started work, he found where the problem was and begin unclogging the pipe, after he finish he cleaned the area and explained to me what had clogged the pipe and answer any question I may had and told me how to prevent the problem from happening again. I'm pleased with the service I received. I give him 100.

Provider snaked the toilet and cleared the clog. No problems with the toilet since.

I had to call to schedule the appointment as they were unresponsive through Angie's list messaging. They told me that they had not received e-mail notification of my message, and there were technical difficulties through Angie's list. They answered the phone every time I called and were responsive and accommodating. We had scheduled for them to arrive at their time window beginning at 4pm and they arrived at 6, the cleaning took less than 10 minutes.

The work was done quickly and completely.

I spoke with Joe on Monday night @ 7pm. We scheduled an appointment for 12-4 on Tuesday. Joe called @ 11:45 and was here by noon. He and his colleague diagnosed my problem and corrected it in less than 15 minutes. They were quick, cleaned up after themselves and explained the process. I recommend Drain Rite to anyone who needs plumbing services. Thanks

Joe showed up the day after my service request. He was prompt and courteous! He assessed the situation with my clogged sink, retrieved the equiment from his car and cleared my drain within a few minutes. He explained what he found and also thoroughly checked to ensure that he had completely solved the problem for us!! Great Experience! If I could give A+++++++++++++ I most definitely would. He came in, quickly diagnosed the problem and explained why the snake could not be used to clear the drain. He was straight forward and it was easy to understand the pragmatics of our situation. The choice was to saw apart the pipes that had been glued together, or use a chemical. Obviously the chemical was the logical choice, so I chose that. One application and the drain was fixed. I can'y tell you how glad I am to have my garbage disposal working in top form again! A fine experience made even better by using Angie's Big Deal. If I have a drain problem again, I won't hesitate to call Drain Rite!

He called about a half hour before he was to arrive, showed up, and cleared a four foot bundle of hair from the drain. Apparently Chewbacca showers in our bathroom while we work. The communication was great and they cleared the clog for much less than other companies. I'm very pleased.

My main sewer line became clogged and was causing backup issues in nearly all of my toilets and washing machine. I called on a Monday and he was able to come out that afternoon. He arrived, found the opening into the pipe to be too small but did what he could to give me a fix for now. We have scheduled a follow-on visit for the full service, including making the access pipe up to the proper size. He charged me for the total work and not the temporary fix, and also didn't charge me for two visits. This guy is awesome, and I would recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues.

I came back from vacation and turned the water back on, a little while later my basement shower and toilet were backing up. My wife called on Monday to schedule an appoinment for the next day. Joe called ahead of time on Tuesday and arrived shortly afterwards. He looked over the problem and checked out where best to clean the line. Shorty afterwards he had cleaned the sewer and house sides of the line from my frontyard. He was up front about the best solution to my problem and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need.
