Description of Work: Water was coming through one wall in my basement during the last snowfall. I gave "The Basement Doctor" a call, since I had a warranty with them for Cactus Board that had been installed. Representative Wes Martin came to my home, took one look outside and in the basement and told me the drain from the sump pump to the street had frozen. Wes suggested I uncap the sump pump release valve during cold and snowy months -- there should be no further problems with water in my basement. I was somewhat embarrassed because I didnt know about the release valve, but Wes was very understanding, kind and professional.

Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED CRACKS IN THE WALLS OF OUR BASEMENT. THEY INSTALLED STRIPS THAT NEUTRALIZE THE PRESSURE IN THE WALLS. THEY ALSO THOROUGHLY CLEANED TWO WALLS AND APPLIED A SOLUTION THAT SHOULD PREVENT THE MOLD FROM COMING BACK.

Description of Work: A SALESMAN CAME AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE. IT WAS HIGHER THAN THE OTHERS WE HAD RECEIVED, HE TALKED BADLY ABOUT ANOTHER COMPANY AND I DIDN''T LIKE HIS PERSONALITY. SO, DESPITE THE FACT THAT WE THOUGHT THEIR WORK WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD, WE DIDN''T GO WITH THEM.

Description of Work: CALLED AND SPOKE WITH RECEPTIONIST. SHE STATED THAT THEIR APPOINTMENT SETTER WOULD CALL ME BACK WITHIN THE DAY. NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK. CALLED ADDITIONAL TIMES AND COULD NOT GET THROUGH TO ANYONE.
