They did a great job. The wood was damaged well beyond what was visible and the price quoted for the additional work and materials was more than fair. Very pleased overall, would definitely hire them again if other work is needed.

It went pretty good. They were punctual, they cleaned up the debris, the pricing was fair, and they were very honest.

I cannot say enough good things about this company or the owner Carl. All work was scheduled and the schedule was met. Only bad weather stopped anything from being done. Work was done promptly and if there was anything that needed to be fixed, it was done after one call. My house has never looked this lovely. I have had so many people stop and give me such great kudos on how the house looks. I could give you reviews on the other houses that Top Quality worked on, but I would be saying basically the same thing. This company does excellent work and is on time to meet your schedule. In the beginning what appeared to be a simple leak in my home turned out to be the replacement of my entire roof. The folks at top quality contracting recommended I contact my insurance agent for the job. During that time the agent came out and identify The shingles on my house were recalled. The contractors had advised me that that would be the case and prepped me for the conversation to have with my insurance agent. Hands down best work and CustomerService I've seen in a long tim.

Great, they finished in a day and half. The roof looks amazing and they yard was spotless. I have a dog and pool and they were very concerned with the clean up so that there was no nails left.

The price he gave me as an estimate was excellent and he finished within budget. His workers were on time and extremely professional. There wasn't even a stray nail left in the driveway after they finished cleaning up. I have already recommended them to friends and would do so for anyone interested in excellent, Reliable and honest work done on your homes.

After initial contact, someone came out to measure and provide me an estimate within 48 hours. Appointment was set for install the following week. A team came out on the scheduled day and were about 15 minutes early. Installation was quick and professional. After the gutters were done, the team not only cleaned up the old gutters to haul away, but they took my hose and sprayed down the house and sidewalks from the gunk that was residing in the old gutters. Very professional, very efficient, and easy to deal with. Definitely would hire again!!

From the first meeting to the completion of the job, I had a high quality experience with Top Quality Contractors. Carl Bennett, one of the owners, provided the initial estimate and supervised the job through its various stages. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. His communication skills and follow-up to keep me informed throughout the process were excellent. At the initial meeting, Carl provided information about the company’s history and his 25-year background in the roofing industry. He showed me his company’s Maryland and Virginia Home Improvement Commission licensing, as well as insurance information, up front without being asked. His presentation instilled confidence that I was dealing with an experienced, licensed, and insured contractor. After providing a detailed description of the roofing system he would recommend and the choice of a GAF or Certainteed roofing system with architectural shingles, he left me a detailed written estimate that fell into the range for a fair price for the job. It was a refreshing change from the games other roofing contractors played with high initial estimates and “today only” specials that they refused to put in writing unless the contract was signed immediately. After I got four written estimates from companies offering a comparable roofing system, I chose Top Quality Contractors with confidence that I would get a quality roofing system in a timely fashion with honest, direct communication with an owner, and a lifetime (50-year) warranty. His estimate was not the lowest but it was fair and addressed extra costs that may be incurred in the event of problems such as rotted wood, which could not be determined until shingles are removed. The crew who removed the existing shingles and installed the new roofing system was courteous, professional, and hard working. They took the time to do the job properly, working efficiently but not in a rushed fashion. Carl stopped by several times to ensure that the roofing system was being installed as contracted. He kept me informed throughout the process. The crew cleaned the work area thoroughly and took away all roof-related debris. The job involved removal of three layers of asphalt shingles, probably spanning the 60-year life of my house. Some bad wood was replaced. The company installed a CertainTeed Integrity roofing system. A separate crew installed new gutters, downspouts, and mesh covers on the gutters. The roof and gutters are beautiful additions to my home. I would highly recommend Carl Bennett and Top Quality Contractors.
