Carl and his tremendous crew (Kenny, Marceio, Jay) re-did the exterior of our single family home: replaced old wood siding with new, 6-inch Mastick siding, replaced old cedar shingles with split/cedar shake siding, replaced all gutters, capped trim all around and repaired rotted spots. The crew was meticulous in its work, cleaned up, was responsive to any issue we raised during the work and completed the entire job efficiently. Carl was always available and often on-site. If you’re looking for an experienced crew and an owner-led team that will be with you for the entire project, give Carl and his crew a close look.

The job was very well done, and in a very timely fashion. I took off one star because there was often a delay in getting back to me during the communication preceding the job, and I was not provided with the date the job would be done on the day promised. Instead, I was informed a day or two before the job actually started. But all of that aside, the work itself was top notch and I would definitely use them again.

Carl and his team were awesome and Patient while we got other bids, they gave me so many options and allowed for me to choose the color and style I wanted with out any pressure. I have waited four years to find just the siding I wanted, Carl gave me some great ideas for gutters and what I could do to upgrade the soffits. We love the results and get daily compliments from neighbors we don’t even know. Top Quality did an outstanding job in the removal of our old roof and implementing of the new roof and gutters. The company protected all of the shrubbery around my home. The company was very thorough in cleaning up once the job was completed. The owner is friendly and kept us inform of the entire process. I would highly recommend and would use them again.

When, I learned that I needed to replace the roof on my home, I had no idea who to use. After some online research, and many companies to choose from, I reached out to Top Quality Contractors (TQC). I had no prior knowledge about this company, but after reading their reviews, I decided to contact them. Within the same week after contacting the company, Mr. Carl Bennett came to my home to inspect my roof. He was very professional, respectful, and he clearly explained to my husband and I what needed to be done, and if we were interested, his company could replace my roof. There was no pressure at all to use his company. Well, after hearing the details, including pricing, we were interested. The response time to complete my work was incredible! Top Quality contractors did an excellent job on my townhouse. The siding looks amazing, and you can tell the attention to detail that went into their work. They were responsive to changes both in scheduling (Hello, hurricane!) and in project scope (My piggyback townhouse has a backside?!?). The team was courteous, prompt, and cleaned up the worksite each day. I recommend them to anyone.

We had originally received quotes from other vendors that were much higher which caused us to keep looking and we found this vendor who provided a much more reasonable proposal. They performed all of the work they said they would, and Carl came out and verified the work with us to make sure we were happy with the final outcome, identifying any final issues requiring attention. Overall, very happy with the process and the work performed and would use them again.

My roof was damaged by tornado, they sent people to covered it by plastic immediately and asked very convenient price; And the boss Carl is a very nice guy, he gives me a lot of help with my roof and exterior repair! Choose this company, you will have the quality and service!

it went great. Carl was patient, walked me through the whole thing, gave me a pretty good estimate of how much it would cost once everything was done (there was some wiggle room based on if boards would need to be replaced, which they couldn't know until they started), and got me on the schedule right away. They did a great job, got it done in one day, and cleaned up everything before they left. Would highly recommend.

Working with Carl and his team was great. Customer satisfaction is very important to Carl. He was very flexible and understanding as I struggled with my solar company to get the solar panels removed from my roof in order to have the new roof installed. He made sure my experience with his company went very quickly and smoothly to compensate for my struggle with the solar company. The crews that installed the roof and then the gutters and soffits worked hard and did a beautiful job. They were friendly and happy to answer my questions and explain what they were doing. There was one miscommunication that resulted in unvented soffits being installed but within 2 days the soffits were redone to be vented. It was handled professionally with no charge, no hassle, no questions. They apologized for the mistake and took care of it. I felt very comfortable working with Carl and his crews and would definitely hire them again. It's hard to find good contractors who are trustworthy, hard working and truly care about the customer but that describes Top Quality Contractors.
