Description of Work: Deal was for 1 day of painting. Was contacted by the provider and set up a time for the service which was to my choice. Owner, Ronaldo, told me what to expect over the phone and then came to my home on the appointed day to introduce himself and his worker. Job was done in less time than originally predicted. Carlos, the painter, was polite, pleasant and efficient. Could not have asked for anything more. Would highly recommend.

Description of Work: This was an Angies List |deal for $99 for work on my front storm door. After at least three scheduled appointments for which he never showed up, with |regret I'm filing this report giving him an "F". Each appointment was for Tues. afternoons 2-4PM. When no one |showed up I would call him back. (He didn't call me after |the no-show to say he was sorry, etc., I had to call him). |His problem he said was if he was working on a morning job |and it ran over, he had trouble |scheduling me for the afternoon. But I always gave him my cell phone and not once |did he call me even after a |no-show. Once after the 2nd or |3rd no-show I called him and asked him to schedule a time |where he would definitely come |over, and he said he would call |me back. After two weeks he |never called, so I called him and |we scheduled yet another |appointment. It was another no-show with no call from him. Finally, |on Mon. Nov. 9th I called him |and asked if he was working on |the Veterans Day holiday of |Wed. Nov. 11th and that I could |be home all day long that day. |He said he could arrange for |that, and we agreed to book that day. I was home all day |long. He never showed up and |he never called back. This man |was always polite on the phone |and sounded very sincere |whenever he talked. Sadly he |didn't follow up on his |commitments and sadly I am |filing this report. | | | | | |

Description of Work: fixed some minor door problems--some misunderstandings and communications issues concerning scheduling but once workman arrived they did a good and professional job.

Description of Work: Went quite well. Alex did a good job on various items on my to-do list, including, but not limited to: |installing new towel bars/toilet roll holders in several bathrooms/fixing hollow core door/removing mirror glued to drywall/installing mailbox/hanging heavy mirror/etc.

Description of Work: The deal was $299 for 8 hours of handyman services and I had a list of several tasks I wanted done, including replacing the facing on a deck, repairing nail pops in a ceiling, caulking leaks in the roof, replacing caulk in shower tiles, etc. All work was done quickly and well.

Description of Work: Rm Construction Inc was very punctual and courteous in responding after I purchased a deal from them. It turned out I did not require their services, but I would definitely call them up again if I needed a handyman.

Description of Work: Spoke to a super friendly Mr. Martinez after purchasing the deal. He wanted to come on Saturday. I told him only after 3pm. He said fine, he'd call Friday to confirm the time. No call. Saturday I emailed to let him know I couldn't be there, just in case. No response. Tuesday I called him. He suggested Thursday, and again said he'd call the day before to confirm. He called back to double-check address and service needed. But again no call to confirm a service call. I think he's overextended with his deal offers.
