He called right away when I inquired about clearing a clogged drain on Home Advisor, and told me he could come out today. Within an hour or so, he was here, negotiating the price and getting his snaking equipment ready. He did a thorough job and gave me advice on how to prevent the problem from happening again.

Remedy came in 45 mins after I contacted him. Very efficient and professional. Everything was done in great quality and clean. Very nice job.

He charged more than quoted by $50?! Here 40 mins max. I did all prep work. He used our rags, paper towels & I told him of previous same problem to help situation be easier, which sure it did. Only had 75 feet clean out hose & ran out, hope he reached source??? Previous, over 5-6 yrs ago ran longer clean out hose. Very courteous & personable man. I am 32 yr realtor & seen many home inspection problems over years. Give him 3.5-4 rating if it doesn’t RE-CLOG soon.

Another fompany was scheduled to do the work starting at 0900. When they still hadn't shown up at 1000, I went through HA and Remedy called me back. He showed up on time(1200) and gave me a price of $800. He was finished at 1400. I saved $400 from the price the no-show gave me and my floor wasn't broken up, which the first guy said would need to be done.

Responded quickly and was very efficient. I recommend and will call again if I have any problem in the future.
