I know I could have done comparative shopping and perhaps gotten a better price however he was very willing to do the work that day and I feel like his price was probably comparable to other companies give or take $100. Happy to have him did my job for me

I hate to write reviews unless they are glowing. But I hired this company because they could come out sooner than the others. However, the other companies were giving me quotes and this company would not until they got here. It was to replace my kitchen faucet. The plumber did not realize there was a tightening screw to hold it to the sink, and scratched up my sink thinking it was glued on. Also, as a side note, I asked him to check a toilet that was running slow. He changed out the back flapper unit (not even the entire unit) and charged a crazy amount. I have changed those out myself, but he had done the work before I realized it. And it did not even help the issue. Turns out I need a new toilet because something is jammed in the old one. I have hired Horizon to do that work. I just think it's worth while to push for a quote BEFORE they show up- at least for simple things like this. more complicated issue, I can understand it would be more difficult to quote unseen.

Complete the job, but wanted payment upfront before completing other items we need to be fixed. It was ok.

Snaked a drain and replaced the garbage disposal. In less than 1 hour, and charged $650.00.....WAY TOO EXPENSIVE

Was polite and professional but didn't have the tools needed to properly unclog my underground gutter drain which was clogged with roots. Tried a mechanical auger that he had but that was all he could do and only pulled thin roots which helped but didn't completely unclog the drain.
