Remedy Water Restoration

Right in the midst of rhe Holidays, about 1 week ago my country double-sink started to back-up; slow to drain, become clogged to the point of non-use. The next night I had had enough. Reluctant, still trying to reach "our" handyman, I went on Angie's List to search for plumbers (this was 8:30/9pm - didnt suspect I would receive calls that night)... Within the hour I had 3 calls (saw the next day). Rema of Remedy Plumbing & Drain Cleaning LLC was the 1st to call & he left a message. Rema followed up again the in the morning - not pushy or overbearing; something I appreciated. Rema was at my house thathat evening to assess and fix the issue (which he did within 90min) to my satisfaction. I would recommend Remedy Plumbing & Drain Cleabing LLC highly! Rema, the owner, was courteous, knowledgable, professional, efficient & funny. Will use again for other projects for sure.

I had called the plumber that helped build our house twice in 5 days with no response (All Around). Using Home Advisor, I called Remedy Plumbing. The tech called me back before I was off their Website. I had scheduled for two days out....the only available option on HA site. The tech was able to come out within the hour, took care of three minor issues and look at a bigger project. He was finished everything within two hours to my complete satisfaction. Very capable!

My sump pump was not properly working on a day that it seemed like the rain would never end. Remedy Plumbing & Drain Cleaning was at my home within 30 minutes of the call. Rema came out immediately and assessed the situation & replaced my sump pump. I would definitely use this company again due to their prompt, professional, efficient work!

We had a sump pump burnout in the middle of major rainfall on a Sunday (today). Remedy Plumbing came within 20 minutes of our initial outreach and charged no fee for Sunday service. Completely replaced the sump pump within 45 minutes. Their work was quality and honest.
