Great, fast service, about 12 hours after I put in the request. Technician arrived early in the service window, which is always appreciated. The service was completed in under an hour and everything was left clean. This was for a clogged drain, but I would recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

The plumber was very efficient and courteous and cleared the drain out very quickly...about a half hour. He told us upfront that the price would be $325 to snake the drain. Because it was a semi-emergency, we said okay, but for the time put in, the price seemed exorbitant. I thought the bill might be less when he presented it because it was such an easy case, but that did not happen. We would not use again unless the price is more reasonable.

The plumber was knowledgeable, courteous, and made sure my problem was totally resolved, along with giving me tips on how to prevent it from happening again.
