The plumber arrived within a half hour of my call. He was professional and took care to keep my home clean. He took time to diagnose the problem. He worked carefully and quickly. He also explained how we might prevent future problems.

The technician came on the agreed date and time, had part in had and worked efficiently. No problems as of yet with the new garbage disposal.

They were right on time as agreed and cleared the clogged drain. Plumbing is always expensive, but they helped out by negotiating a somewhat lower price with me .

Rema was very professional and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable compared to the major plumbing companies. He also took the old garbage disposal after confirming that the new one he installed was working properly. He was nice to talk to and explained about how to use the device and answered and questions he could and gave his advice.

He explained the problem and solutions and costs in his free income service call where he correctly diagnosed and fixed our clogged drains. As senior citizens we are cost conscious and hate having to repeat the work when done by unlicensed contractors or technicians working under a licensed plumber. We would rate him as excellent in all categories and honest in his dealings with us.
