Remedy Plumbing & Drain gave me a price quote over the phone to clear 4 underground downspout drains, some of which were 90+ feet in length. They did a very thorough job and gave me a great price, so I had them do all doing all 11 of our drains. Timely, thorough, and professional. Equally important, no "surprise" add-on costs. Definitely my go-to plumber for this type of service.

First, they were trying to sell new product. My wife would not buy it. She asked him just fix it. All about how much more you can get from your customer.

$549 for 30 minutes of work and drive time is a bit much. $200 even $300, but $549, they had me. I guess a little better than Roto Rooter who tried to rob me of $850. You own website say $299 average to snake which is what he did. I later found out he could have used my clean out and not taken off the toilet but he never asked me if I had a clean out; im guess so he could justify his overpriced service. Knowledgeable and professional. Clog cleared before he arrived but he noted the need to still clean dirt out of drain. Quote was considerably higher than cost of job.

I scheduled the appointment a week ago for sump pump replacement. I started to cancel cause I was not feeling well but Mr. Rema was so courteous that I kept the appointment. He did a wonderful job. I plan to use his service again. Thank you for a job well done.

He Was able to be on-site within 1 1/2 hours after his first contact with me. He came over was very professional with his looks an attitude. His knowledge and experience was very very evident. He was very quick with his diagnosis and repair. Initially I thought the cost was a little high, but the services I recieved definitely where worthwhile. Highly recommend this plumber !!!!!
