Premier Crafters

John and his team were professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with through all stages of our project. John always kept us up to date with project progress and his team stayed on track with the work with no disruption to us. We are very happy with the finished product. They gave us what we asked for, were happy to add things along the way, paid close attention to detail and did a thorough cleaned up afterwards. We are already planning our next project with Premier Crafters.

John was great to work with. He suggested areas where we could improve things since we had to replace anyways, got the job done quickly, and worked well with our insurance.

Premier Crafters renovated the two bathrooms, three bedrooms and family room in the lower level of our home from floors to ceilings. This included updating the lighting, installing new flooring and carpet, painting, making repairs where needed - you name it! They were efficient, timely, knowledgeable and professional. All work was completed as agreed upon and any additional costs were discussed prior to the work being completed. Add to all that, Premier Crafters had suggestions that reduced costs or improved our design. John is just a pleasure to work with! We are completely satisfied with the work and will definitely use Premier Crafters as we continue to renovate this old house.

Working with Ion "John" was great experience. He always showed up when he said he would and kept us up to date throughout the project. The work was finished on schedule and the quality was great. I will definitely be using them again for future projects.

We reached out to Basement Masters because of their high marks on AL. We easily scheduled the estimate. The owner of STR Group, John, showed up on time and did the tour of our basement. He said he would get back to us with a quote. Instead, I received a one-line email saying that he was too busy to do the remodeling work. I am disappointed that STR Group wasted our time. The owner said they were too busy to give an estimate or do the work. So why would you show up to my house for the estimate and waste our time. We could have brought another contractor in during our day off.
