Premier Crafters is a small company excellently managed. It has workers of superb quality. Unlike many other firms, the owner knows the construction trade thoroughly, made valuable advice on the design of the bathroom and came often to supervise the work. The workers were extremely polite. The result was - the most beautiful bathroom I have ever seen.

John and his team are absolutely amazing! They recently finished my basement and the results are stunning. They were very professional and did excellent work. John is very knowledgeable and communicates with you during the whole process. He makes sure that you are involved in the process and values your opinions on changes or concerns. His team always arrived early and worked hard to complete the job. Also, I appreciated how the team cleaned as they worked. I would recommend this company for any home project and we plan to use them for all future renovations. Affordable pricing and quality work!

Outstanding experience from beginning to end and a pleasure to work with Premier Crafters. A few years back, they finished my basement on time and did such a great job. We created two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a very nice living room and a medium-size kitchen. This year we decided to work with this great company again. We replaced the old and ungly carpet with hardwood on the main floor. Looks stunning and changed the whole look in my house now. I am very very happy. Always prompt on communication and so helpful! Beautiful job and wonderful experience! I would highly recommend it! !

John and his team were excellent from start to finish. I compared quotes from three companies. Premier Crafters came in the middle and was the most professional. The work quality was high and quick. John was also very responsive, providing me regular updates via text and phone. We needed this job done quick due to a baby on the way. They worked us into their schedule and did an excellent job.

This is the second project we have had completed by Premier Crafters since we were so happy with the first. Jon and his team as always were professional, punctual and did a fantastic job. Despite some challenging weather, they showed up as scheduled. There were several changes and additions along the way that the team were more than happy to accommodate and we are completely satisfied with the jobs. Will absolutely be looking at Premier Crafters for our next remodel project.

Premier Crafters did excellent work. The job was complicated by the fact that our first contractor left the project about half done and having failed an inspection. John was willing to work with the existing construction, get the portion that failed up to code, and finish the job to our satisfaction. Most of the other contractors we interviewed tried to sell us on starting over despite the fact that majority of the work had passed previous inspections. As a result, John's estimate for the job was more reasonable than most. When the work began his crew was punctual and kept to the schedule outlined in the contract. John checked in with us regularly to give updates and was always available to answer questions. The finished product looks great (probably much better than it would have if we stuck with the original contractor) and passed all subsequent inspections. We're extremely pleased with how the project turned out.

Doing some investment projects for several years I realize that is very hard to find a reliable and affordable good price/quality, standard problems probably everyone confronted like cheap pricing but poor workmanship or exaggerated scheduling, fantastic expensive and after all subcontracting 2 or 3 more contractors. Finaly I've got a Contractor who can respect the scheduling and keep the project as promise by original contract. The overall experience was great They promise to start Monday morning and they start Monday morning they promise to finish by Monday and they Complete everything by Monday even if we add some extra tasks. If you wanna provide your own materials they will accepted but material's supposed to be pro grade quality. Easy communication with the office rapid response and very clean after job was complete. Definitely looking forward to hire them our next renovation project.

It was excellent. Premier Crafters performed great work. They completed the projects to my satisfaction and I would recommend them to anyone. I am actually going to use their services for a closet remodel as well.

John and his team did an outstanding job. He was always available to answer questions and respond to changing requirements. His pricing is reasonable and fair. Estimates provided in advance are detailed with no hidden surprises. My husband and I are very pleased with the finished job and would not hesitate to recommend him and hire him again.

Jon and his team were always punctual and he maintained communication with me throughout the process. What I appreciated most was the fact that he did not just do what I suggested; he gave me ideas on how to improve my design and it paid off. They also took the 2 small closets and made 1 large walk-in closet. They are amazing.

HE was on time for the quote, very professional, courteous and knowledgable, however, he did ot respond in the time he promised. He said that the response was in his junk mail and he wasn't aware. I can understand that, has happened to me a few times however, we asked for a quote for just painting the paneling and one for replacement. Our intentions were in the replacememtent was too costly, we may have to consider a lesser solutions. He only quoted painting the paneling. Perhaps replacement was too big of a job for him but all he had to do was say that. So we waited over 2 weeks to only get a half glance at the solutions.

Excellent workmanship, quality materials, and professionalism are the hallmarks of Premier Crafters. I highly recommend them for any home remodeling/renovation project!

John did an excellent job transforming my unfinished basement into an amazing finished space with a living room, bedroom and full bath, and completed it ahead of schedule. From the first time I met him, I knew I would have a great experience. He was prompt to return calls, provide the estimate by his stated time, and gave me knew options to consider for tricky spacing areas in my basement that turned out well. His designer Elena was also amazing to work with—very patient and had a keen sense of understanding my style. When it comes to dealing with a contractor with integrity who will honor his commitments and go above and beyond to ensure the customer’s highest satisfaction, John is your contractor!
