Description of Work: In 2008, Minnick's installed my HVAC, water heater, "Snow Melt"and some other appliances. |The hot water tank that they installed was way too small, so they installed a much larger tank at a high price later. |Minnick's is high-end, high-priced, but expert. |They installed a high-priced German boiler(Viessman). |It is has been reliable, but it might be difficult to service for most |other HVAC service companies. |Their annual warranty ran at $4,600, -- (that's without parts). |I thought that that was very pricey!! |Because of their pricing,I would only use them again for spot jobs that no |one else could do!
