JDL HVAC is very good company to repair your AC/Heat, When our AC is stopped working in HOT summer we contacted and they came immediately and fixed our AC.. Awesome!

He was very personable, knowledgeable, and he explained what he was doing and what my options were. I am very pleased to have my A/C restored on a heat alert day.

I contacted JDL and they were there in one hour around 7pm. Identified the issue with my system , fixed it directly and gave me a good price. They also took the extra step to educate me a bit on preventative maintenance . Good job.

Priced seemed a bit high for the amount of time/effort (about 15 minutes). They were also supposed to call for a time to come back and clean the evaporator but never did. They lost an opportunity for follow up work. Follow up - Had to change from recommend to not recommend and lower the customer service from a 4.0 to 2.0. No real issues with the technician who performed the job, he was pleasant, professional and got the unit running faster than I expected. The owner called about cleaning the evaporator after my review was posted, concerned that I did not contact him first. I returned is call the next day and also informed him that the unit again stopped working and that I need the technician to return to do the analysis again and get the unit running. This unit is in a property that I rent, so my service as a landlord is also impacted. I did not get a call back and with temperatures expected to exceed 100 degrees this weekend, I need to get this unit fixed. Turning to Home Advisor for another HVAC technician, second opportunity lost for JDL to do follow up work and be our regular HVAC service provider. I'll now have to pay another technician for doing the analysis all over again.

Not only were they professional in taking care of my air conditioning unit, they educated me on the air conditioner itself, the maintenance of the unit and much more.

They responded quickly. JDL spent the necessary time to diagnose and repair unit. It is an old unit and they did only what needed fixing in order to keep costs manageable. They work hard. I'm going to use them for annual maintenance and any future issues 😄

Awesome. Air conditioner stopped working on the Friday before the 4th of July. I was worried no one would come out since it was before a holiday weekend. I was wrong. JDL came out that day. He gave me several options, didn't try and pressure me into anything, and fixed the problem. He explained everything that he was doing as he was doing it. Will be using them again.

The owner and the technician were most professional and courteous to my needs. Even though I didn't think my issue was considered an emergency at the time, I soon realized it really was especially with temps creeping up this week again into the 90's and I have 2 pets with no AC. Very responsive and professional. I called for AC repair during very hot July 2016 and they arrived in 24 hours and fixed the problem. They explained everything they were going to do and gave me the price before the repair was done. I will hire them again id I have any more problems with the AC.

Our HVAC unit went out and we called for a repair. The first company I called was not from Home Advisor. ARS said that the entire system was leaking oil and needed to be replaced at $12,000. I then called Home Adviser and a second company came out and stated that the system was fine we just needed a new capacitor. Then JDL responded and confirmed that we just needed a capacitor and cleaning and was less than one half the price of the second company. JDL is making the repair right now. I also called my friend whose AC was out and she called JDL too. Very satisfied with Master Tech Ike and the owner of JDL, Joe, who took the time to explain many ways to repair my AC without costing so much. Very satisfied and will even enter a yearly contract with JDL for their honesty and integrity. JDL is the kind of company that made America great. Honest, hardworking and full of integrity and a personal touch.
