Amber was very accommodating regarding scheduling work around my available time. Ire was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained each step of the repair in a way I could understand and recommended future HVAC services to maintain the system.

Excellent technicians but very expensive service

Technician explained everything in a way that we could understand. Didnâ t feel like we were being taken advantage of because our lack of HVAC knowledge.

Jose and Kristen were absolutely awesome through the entire process. We've had bigger companies come out and scam us with up sells, etc. Jose was VERY honest with us, showed us what was wrong where others had failed to do so, did some great dirty work, and really got us back on track. I would absolutely recommend them again.

They were fast and efficient

Very quick to call back (immediately after submission) and schedule visit (next morning). The person that came seemed capable, worked through independently as I was in meetings, but explained the work done and showed me pictures of the work he did on his cell phone. I could not do comparison shopping to know what others would charge, but it was around the same amount as the automated offer I got when I submitted the project on Angi.

The technician said he had to puncture the return and cooling pipe to check the temperature. And the technician did not patch them up. I had to tell him to patch it. Initially the tech said it was okay to leave it open.

Great Service

the technician came out and did damage instead of providing service. I reached out to the company and the owner was incredibly hostile and rude. I no longer trust the owner and would like them to just pay for the piece that was damaged.

We placed an urgent request on another website to which they responded to very quickly. Sales person came out to our home the same day. Gave us a quote right then and there before he left. The price was what we expected, and even a little bit less compared to other quotes that weâ ve had in the past. He insured us that the team would be able to come out in the morning to start the project and replace our HVAC systems. We paid our deposit and the next day the team showed up at around 8 AM. They were very pleasant and professional. They replaced both HVAC systems and removed our old systems in our attic basement. They also at the end of the day cleaned up the debris that was created from removal and installation. They walked us through the new systems and the thermostats and were done at around 530 that day, they were truly wonderful and helped us a great deal and we are grateful. would highly recommend 10 out of 10!

Very thorough and explained the problem

Techs and customer service were great. There was no sales options offered for a completely new system other than the exact energy match I had. I didnâ t know anything about dual energy that offered me a large savings over using all propane. Ended up using a company that presented all available Options at a competitive price. If you are seeking purely service, this company is great.

I am happy to write this review about JDL HVAC Services LLC. From start to finish; Amber, who setup my initial appointment was very nice & professional. Ire, the technical associate was prompt, very knowledgeable and got my system working again with a temporary fix. I opted for a new heating unit (which was reasonably priced) and all of the technical associates were easy-going and very professional. They were organized, used protective foot coverings and protective coverings for my floors, and cleaned up after the job. Special thanks to the entire team led by Armando; Jerel, Fernando, Michael, & Conrad. NOW, thanks to JDL HVAC, I FINALLY have a properly installed & functioning heating/air conditioning unit. I highly recommend this company!
