Great costumer service. Everything was explained to me so that I understood how everything works. All options of services were provided with a list of pros and cons of the options. Highly recommend.

The owner responded quickly to our heating problem, within hours as I got off the HomeAdvisor. He was on-time and provided a very comprehensive explanation of the job that he was repairing. His team did a conscientious job of replacing my aging furnace. They clean up well after the job too. Overall, it was a pleasurable experience with great service. Thank you, Joe!

I had to call them on Sunday afternoon. They were very prompt in responding. The owner came out with short notice and fixed the problem very quickly. He was very responsive to my repair request. He was very knowledgeable. He looked at the unit and after the first trial, my unit was fixed. I could not believe it. Their pricing is very good and actually better than most other companies. I asked about a few services and he gave me his honest feedback. He said some services I do not need and gave me some money saving tips. You cannot find other companies like this. When I told them that I had an access problem, they came back on another day and fixed the hook-up for the AC so that I could easily get to the filter and crawl space. The price for the labor and new unit were reasonable and the men were professional.

My AC broke on one of the hottest days of summer. When I called for service, other companies said it would be a day or two wait. Joe Liles called, said he was in my area, and would be at my house in an hour. He explained the issue with my unit, gave me pricing options for service, and made sure the unit was working properly before leaving. I will highly recommend JDL HVAC Services.

I contacted Home Advisor this morning around 8am and they responded with 3 companies. Joe @ JDL called me within 10sec of me getting the responses from HA. He was at my house by 9am. He diagnosed the issue and found a suspect capacitor and malfunctioning relay. Replacing both fixed the issue plus he checked the compressor for leaks and pressure. I gave a 4.5 for the "value for money" because he uses a flat rate. Some jobs can be quick and a few hours whereas others will take more time. As a consumer you would benefit if the resolution takes a long time versus if its an hourly rate. Joe was courteous, profession and engaging. He explained what he was doing and did not mind me being there as he did the investigations. I would call him again without hesitation and would recommend him.

So glad to have help at the end of the business day. Professional. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Reasonably priced. Would call again, without doubt. Highly recommend.

Very Good Service! - Ire the HVAC Tech - stayed until he could figure out what was wrong with my AC - finally it was determined that my AC condensation pump was not pumping out water and system shut off. Ire replaced the pump under my house crawl space in the middle of a rain storm. Thanks you very much Ire and JDL HVAC Service for making the whole process easy! House is cool again!

Great Job, they went out of there way to accommodate my issue. Tech was knowledgeable and informative. Fixed issue quickly at reasonable price.

Requested non emergency A/C repair service. The company sent a technician the same day and quoted a diagnostics fee of $60. Technician replaced a minor part and the bill was over $350. The technician was at the home for about an hour. He did successfully diagnosis and repair the problem. The ssue was the cost and lack of communication prior to scheduling the service that I would be charged weekend emergency rates.

Roderick the technician was excellent! Joe the owner should consider hiring an office manager because he is absolutely lacking in the area of business management and customer service. He has to be writing his own reviews because I would have given this business a zero except you can't enter it. Rod diagnosed the problem in less than 15 minutes and informed me of everything that needed to be done as well as the cost. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I am informing the BBB and MHIC. Rod was going to pick up the part, have lunch and return to do a five minute job. Joe the owner redirected Rod to two other jobs before he returned to complete our five minute job. After 6 hours between evaluating the problem and replacing the bad parts our home is beginning to cool down. Don't use this company! Joe the owner put your employees out of their misery and consider resigning!

JDL arrived with everything they needed to replace my failed and very old central A/C unit and evaporator. They worked quickly and efficiently and accommodated my schedule. They took the time to explain every aspect of the work performed, explained the manufacturer's warranty and their service guarantee. I would hire them again.

I discovered that our A/C compressor had stopped working and the system was blowing warm air. It’s late Saturday evening of the 4th of July weekend. My first thoughts were, who am I going to call and how much is it going to cost since it’s after business hours on a holiday weekend. I decided to try Home Advisor. Only 3 companies came up with the earliest available appointment on Monday morning. I was really concerned because my wife’s mother stays with us. She is disabled and also a diabetic. We did not have transportation to move her somewhere else. I received a call from JDL HVAC Services. The dispatcher said someone would be there within an hour. To my amazement, Joe (the owner of the company) showed up within 20 minutes. He quickly discovered the problem and replaced the defective part. Our system was up and running within 30 minutes. How do you spell RELIEF? COOL AIR BLOWING! Joe was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He gave me a great discount on the services provided. I was thoroughly satisfied and would absolutely recommend Joe and JDL HVAC Services to anyone who needs HVAC Services. Joe putting on booties to protect our carpet was a really nice & thoughtful touch.
