I hired JDL for my rental property. I wasn't able to be there and they worked around my renters schedule, called me before all repairs and emailed me the detailed invoice.

Joe was vey professional and even came out late even though it was after his last job for the night (9:30 pm) , Joe knows how to trouble shoot A/C problems and he also explain what the problem very well and its nice to be back in the cool . Go Joe !!!

Quick response time over a weekend and a job well done. JDL helped to replace the entire AC unit (indoor and out) in short order.

Joe called within minutes of my HomeAdvisor request (Sun). He was able to come out the next afternoon (Mon) for which I was grateful as it was very hot. He (Joe) quickly identified the problem as being the capacitor on my heat pump and (luckily for me) was able to replace it with one he had on hand. Thank you for your swift response and repair!

I posted my request around 6:30 AM and I got a reply within 15 minutes . The serviceman was at my door within 30 minutes, that's pretty awesome to me. The serviceman explained the issue and diagnosed everything in minute detail, about 1.5 hours later I had my A/C back. The best part is that I didn't have to miss a day of work waiting for someone to come inspect my problem, pretty sweet.

I purchased a new HVAC system from another company 3 years ago and AC stopped working two times in last two years. I decided to try someone else for service and so glad that I did. I found JDL on this website and saw the great ratings. Called JDL and Joe arrived within hours. He diagnosed and repaired the issues and my house is cool again. Thank you Joe! Prompt service. After he finished the service, he (Joe) even waited until the temperature inside the house started coming down (even though it took a long time, since it was a really hot day and air conditioner hadn't been working for a couple of days). He made sure we were really happy with the work and completely satisfied with the work before he left. Great customer service. I will definitely use JDL again if needed.
