I used them to install the air handler in my condo, replace my thermostat and service on my heating and cooling unit. They are prompt, professional, reliable and fair. Description of Work: I actually "found" H&C in 1978 when we were building our first home, they really bailed us out and did a great job. Since then, I have tried only a few others, but have always returned to and relied on H&C for new systems and maintenance. Over the years they have installed new systems in my homes and I do utilize service contracts with them. While they (nor anyone else) are inexpensive, they have always been there when we needed them! |

Description of Work: We had them come out for our biannual HVAC check on a house that was newly built and he found things that the builder and inspectors should have caught. These things could have led to breakdown of the units. We used them at our last home and will continue to use them with this one.

Hand C was very professional, I was so impressed. When the man arrived the estimate was all typed up neatly and looked great. When they began the job, they laid down brown paper everywhere they would be walking so as not to track up my home, which I greatly appreciated. Everything was done correctly and they did a great job.
Description of Work: H&C put in a brand new air conditioning and heating unit in my three bedroom, three bath town house.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I WAS NOT SCHEDULED FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE TILL THE NEXT WEEK, BUT THEY HAD AN OPENING AND DID THE WORK A WEEK EARLY. I LET THEM IN MY HOUSE AT 8:30 IN THE MORNING AND LEFT TO GO TO WORK. WHEN I WAS ON MY WAY HOME AT 6 O'CLOCK I SAW THEM LEAVING A COUPLE BLOCKS FROM MY HOUSE. I WAVED - ONE OF THE TECHS CAME BACK A COUPLE MINUTES LATER TO MY HOUSE TO EXPLAIN THE NEW THERMOSTAT, WHEN HE DIDN'T HAVE TO COME BACK. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES IN THE BASEMENT. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
