Description of Work: All Geek Squad service was done via telephone and remote access to my PC. Once I had contacted GS, I was instructed to go to a website, run a small application, and enter a key number given me via the telecom. Then, the GS tech took over my PC and worked on it for well over an hour. All problems reported at the time were fixed and several others of which I was not aware also were fixed. As a bonus, I did not need to remain at my PC during the repairs. Great customer service.

+ -1 moreWhatever they did to fix it didn't hold. The whole computer stopped working because of it. The individual seemed professional at the time but we couldn't get them back out to fulfill their guarantee when it stopped working. They didn't fix the problem.
