I called Clean 4 Clean and spoke w/ a courteouse and well knowledged young woman.She was happy to go over the special of $65.00 for 5 rooms.The appt was scheduled and the day of Jon, showed up on time, was very informative, happy to answer my questions and did a swift, good job! I will use their services again if I need my carpets cleaned in my new home.I had 10 rooms cleaned for $130.00.

I was very nervous about calling a company i had not heard of but i saw this company had really great deals. The person that I spoke with when I first called in was very friendly and knowledgeable and kind of put my fears to rest. They called me the night before and also when they were like an hour away so that was big plus for me. The guy was a little late but that was fine because I knew about it ahead of time. I was expecting multiple people to come to do the work but it was just one guy. He said he always works alone and he was very professional. He walked me through my whole duct system and explained everything. He did recommend some other services that he said would be a good idea but were not necessary and were quite pricey. I opted not to do them and i didn't feel pressured or anything. I watched a good portion of the work he was doing. He work hard and explained things and answered my questions. When he was all done there was a little bit of a mess in one room where he took down one of my ceiling vents covers. I told him not to worry about it but he insisted on cleaning it before he left. I was extremely pleased with the service from start to finish and even more so with the people I who work there!

After I called to have my carpets and sofa and love seat cleaned. The company asked when I wanted to have the service done. I said as soon as possible. They said "How bout tomorrow?" I was amazed. When it was about 1/2 hour prior to the scheduled time, they called and said they were almost there. After a quick inspection, the technician started the cleaning job. They were very thorough and professional. When the service was completed, We walked through the house and looked at the carpets and furniture. The technician asked if I was satisfied with the job. I told him I was completely satisfied and would recommend the company to my friends. When the need arises again, I will use Clean 4 Clean again.
