Roof Works

Description of Work: During first appointment, service person was not able to provide a complete assessment of my roof repair needs due to lack of an appropriate sized ladder. Second appointment was scheduled for a day I was not physically present to observe service (I granted permission to roof works to access my roof in my absence) but, to date, I have received no calls or emails from the company detailing the final results of my roof inspection and/or the final estimate of my roof repair needs.

Description of Work: diagnosed and quickly repaired leak around an attic vent

Description of Work: Long story short. They made "issue" much larger than it seemed, but it did not fix the problem with my house. I paid over $750 for a job that took 4 shingles, a piece of step flashing, and 20 minutes to fix. Since I had to readdress the leak a few weeks later I decided not to rehire them because they said they did not warranty their work, and I felt that I was overcharged for the job to begin with. | |overall i should have received a 2nd opinion for the leak with my roof, but the gentlemen made it seem like the work that needed to be done was more significant than it really was. If you are considering hiring them I would definitely seek a 2nd estimate just to be sure they are competitive.

Description of Work: Replaced shingles and vent cap to stop water leak on roof. Did great job. Very responsive.

Description of Work: My service rep was Mike W. and he was prompt and provided superb service and mannerism. He was extremely detailed and honest with the conditon of my roof. He was so clear with the explanation that I had a clearer understanding of what my roof looked like without me being ontop of it. At this point I am so glad I joined Angie's List and found RoofWorks, a company that knows exactly what they are doing and sending an experience technician out for the initial consultation.

Description of Work: Roof which we had inspected and fixed by another company started leaking in 5 different places. Roofworks came right away, inspected roof and inside. offered estimate and did it that same day.

Description of Work: We received several bids for replacement of our roof. Roofworks was among the lowest bids we got. Their representative was very professional, clear in answering our questions, and submitted a detailed, written estimate of all costs. Tough decision, but we went with another company. Still, we were very impressed with Roofworks.
