Excellent service from first estimate to job completion! I asked for several estimates and believe me, some companies need to take a second look at their first introduction to customers! Roofworks was very professional while at the same time being personable. Installation was very fast after acceptance, first class material used, work crew was great, and final supervision was great - they even had a crew member replace a neighbors chimney cap - no charge.

I have used Roofworks in the past for windows and we recently bought a new house and it needed a new roof. We called them for the estimate and liked the price and shingle option. They were great with communication of shingle delivery and installation date. They had the roof installed in one day and the clean up was outstanding! It is reassuring to know they have been in business for over 20 years. I will use them again for new siding in the fall.

Roofworks' entire team was excellent. I initially selected them after getting 4 other estimates. Their specialist, Dave, came prepared with all paperwork, went up on the roof and gave me very clear expectations. I also had a tight window which I made clear and Roofworks delivered. The install crew came around 8:00 AM, exactly as scheduled and completed the Install and cleanup by the end of the day. Knowing very little about roofing I was very nervous about this project but I can vouch for Roofworks professionalism, excellent workmanship and their patience with my questions! This was the largest offer I have bought via Angie's, I am truly satisfied and I highly recommend Roofworks. Thank You Roofworks!!

The representative came to my home, explained all my options and left information to review since I was also getting estimates from other companies. He told me about the AngiesList special without me asking about it. He was very patient and professional. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. They started working about 2 weeks after I signed the contract and the job was completed in 1 day as promised. He also sent me pictures during the day so that I could see the progress. I'm very pleased.

Very prompt response. We were given a estimate and within 2 days the work had been completed. Very satisfied and would use them again.

RoofWorks came out for an estimate. They seemed professional and thorough in the estimate, and it was an admittedly large job (row house with multiple old roofing layers that needed to be removed and replaced). Took a couple weeks longer to get the estimate than we were initially told, and it ended up coming in nearly four times the other "A" rated Angie's List companies. The low rating is due to the fact that they seemed to be drastically raising the estimate to avoid the difficult job, rather than simply informing us they did not wish to take on that scale of job. Would've rather they had been honest and upfront if that was the case. If that wasn't the case, really can't understand the price difference with other highly rated companies using equally good materials.

The work was completed in 1 1/2 days and very well done. The representative, Dave, who I contracted the job with came out to inspect the work after it was completed. All of the staff was helpful, efficient, and professional. I would highly recommend them.

I purchased Roofworks offer on Angies list for a $25.00 roof inspection with up to $100.00 of work included. David made an appointment to come on 2 April and arrived on time. He conducted an inspection with lots of photos and told me that the flat roof needed attending to and the shingled roof probably had a couple of years left, this agreed with what the home inspector had said when I purchased the house. I elected to go for a full replacement of the shingle roofing, flat roofing and replacing the 4" gutters with 6" capped gutters all around. Dave wrote up a thorough estimate for all the work at a price of $14,150.00. They required a down payment for the work and I went with the Anigies list offer on the shingled roof replacement for $6900.00 (the flat roof and gutters were separate jobs) as the down payment. David said it would likely be at least two weeks before they had the materials and they would call to arrange installation. Roofworks phoned me on Monday the 11th and asked if they could start on Wed the 13th. I said yes and they said they would arrive by 9:00AM. On 13 April, 5 trucks and a 10-man crew arrived at 8:30 AM and set to work immediately. I had to leave for work at 12:00PM and when I returned that night the job was complete. The next day I walked the roof and all looks very good to my uneducated eye and the clean up was excellent. Since the installation I have found only three nails and small piece of asphalt sheet. All in all I was very pleased with the professionalism, promptness and quality of the work. I would use them again.

They are good. The price was good. I got a second opinion so I don't think I will be going with them.

I got like three people come out to take a look at my roof, I have my own contractor guy I got Roofworks and I got the last guy that came out who pretty much gave me the full break down of the roof. He told me that it was a 30 year roof and it has only been 20 years and then my own personal guy told me that they checked my roof and my roof is fine. Now here's the thing, Roofworks told me that my roof was in terrible shape and it needed to be replaced and they sent me a quote and a contract that they wanted me to sign almost immediately for $4,000 to replace my roof. So they were not honest with their observation, they're not honest with what they saw, and they were just essentially trying to do a complete knock off without me knowing any better. They didn't provide any pictures of the work, not the work, but they didn't find any pictures to support their estimate. What they saw, they just got back and say your roof needs to be replaced if you need to replace it for $4,000 and you should patch it for like $570. I wasn't going to need any of that, and it has rained a lot. My roof has not leaked or anything.

Provider was excellant. The crew was very professional and efficient. The job took 2 days. The cleaned up completely at the end of the first day and then again when the job was finished. The entire job went smoothly and we we're totally satisfied.

The Roofworks team was excellent. They showed up ahead of schedule and knocked out the porch rook in less than 6 hours. They cleaned up and there were no surprises.

Inspector showed on time, in fact a little early, which worked out well. Roof was inspected. I was advised of issues with my roof. I was given 2 estimates, one to repair issues and one to put on a new roof. Both were very expensive.

RoofWorks made it very easy to sign on the paperwork but using docusign to get the process started. They were then able to schedule a time for the workers to come out and complete the work, which was less than a week. The work Chris and his team from RoofWorks did was excellent. He called ahead of arriving and started getting to work right away. They did a very thorough job and he showed me pictures of where the leak was coming in and what they fixed. They cleaned up after they were done and were very nice. Overall I was very pleased and would hire them again in an instant.

Customer service was great before the sale. Representative was professional and polite. Service isn't so good after the sale. I had concerns about damage to the roof caused during the process of removing the old shingles. The response was "that degree of damage isn't uncommon for this kind of project. Work was complete two months ago. Still waiting on warranty paperwork to arrive. If they were more sensitive and responsive to my concerns, the experience would have been much more positive. Based on the "after sale" experience, I have to second guess the value of this transaction.

On Tuesday, February 16, due to a heavy rain and a leak in my upstairs bathroom, I called ROOFWORKS for help using my Angie's List Magazine for reference. The receptionist who answered the phone was professional in taking my description of the work I wanted done, checked to see who would be available to provide the estimate, and found that a specialist was in our area completing a job and would be able to come and give the estimate to us this very same day. Matter-of-fact- the specialist was at our home within 30 minutes of the call. The specialist name is Chris Kaloz, and he was very professional from the start. He assessed what needed to be done, answered all of our questions, and gave us a very fair price for the work. He stated, that if weather permitted, he would be back the next day to start the work. True to his word, he was back the next day, and completed the repair. He also went beyond what was the repair and, installed some missing shingles, caulked the attic fan, chimney, and removed the satellite dish from the roof. Needless to say, my husband and I are both delighted to have found such an outstanding company, who was prompt in taking care of our situation without trying to rip us off. David showed up early. And I believe he gave me an honest assessment of the condition of my roof.

Being a roof removal/installation company, I thought the roof inspection would just be pretext to conclude that I needed to change the roof immediately. But after the inspection, he said the roof has at least five years of life left and I only needed to fix couple of minor things that was causing an occasional leak and showed pictures of the problem areas. I was really relieved to hear that very honest conclusion since roof change would have been a major renovation expense I hadn't planned for. He proceeded to fix the area around the attic fan after giving a price estimate. Obviously, it was done correctly since I haven't had any leaks during the recent major snowstorm and the subsequent melt off. I hope to use their services when the actual time comes to change the roof.

Came out on time. Friendly and honest. But the prices were high! He quoted me about $5000 with a discount of $400 for an 8 square roof in January. I found several other quotes who were willing to provide the same service for about $3500. Lesson learned: always shop around.

Very well. First a detailed estimate- with arch. drawings, After signing contract a group of 5-6 men came out and tore old roof off and put new one on. Very fast- very good- there are 2x as many roofing nails I can see in my attic than before. Placed 3 vents. Have already recommended them to a friend.

First of all the roofer properly diagnosed the problem correctly. Water was leaking into the house because the builder cut corners and did a sloppy job of sealing around the vents that went through the roof. My house is a two story structure with a steeply pitched roof, so doing it myself was out of the question. He did such a good job at such a good price I recommended him to a close friend who needed a whole new roof and she says he did a great job at a very good price.

It went perfect. They gave me new drainage, ventilation, and new gutters as well. The guys who did the work came and finished the job with in 24 hours for a flat roof.
