Description of Work: They brought materials the day before the work, and they were quick and extremely efficient. The next day they arrived early and worked nonstop to complete the install. The guys took time to answer my questions. Really good company.

Description of Work: I called in to have my roof replaced and within days they were out working on it!! Description of Work: Roof Works replaced the heat vents on the entire roof of my home (approx 100 feet total), caulked a few areas, and lowered one of my gutters that was mounted too high by the builder. The technicians were professional, courteous, on-time, and completed the work in a timely fashion. I would definitely use them again for my future roofing needs.

Description of Work: They did an inspection of my roof as I needed to know the condition. He provided a lot of pictures as part of the report to show where there were issues. He then provided a reasonable quotation for roof replacement for a Firestone bitumen roof for my flat-roof rowhouse, and helpfully answered later questions via email. I learned later from another roofer also certified by Firestone that the company does not provide a warranty for bitumen roofs on single residential units, supported by the information on the Firestone website. Roofworks seemed unaware of this and would have installed a roof thinking it was under warranty when it wasn't. They didn't seem to be certified by any other roofing manufacturers when I asked. I was happy with the inspection but went with another company that could install a different brand of roof with a warranty.

Description of Work: Roofworks inspected our leaking skylights and recommended replacing them with non-opening replacement skylights. Given the age of the surrounding roof, they also recommended using the opportunity to replace the roof. We further requested painting a larger section of metal roof, replacing a rotting ventilation opening, and replacing the gutters at the same time. All of this work was done quickly and professionally. Our only complaint is that we were not informed that we would need to hire a carpenter to install trim on the inside of the skylights, where the new ones were no longer perfectly flush with the ceiling openings. The work left large gaps open to the inside of the roof.
