Description of Work: The estimator was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He did a full inspection of my roof, inside and out. I was looking for repairs of a few minor leaks. He recommended a replacement roof for $13,500, as the existing metal shingle roof is quite old. I haven't decided whether to do this, as we may be selling the house within a few years.

Description of Work: I needed to perform small repair on my roof. This company was advertised on Angie's List that for $25 they will evaluate the problem and provide written estimate. The representative was very knowledgeable and polite person. However their estimate of $850.00 was by $200.00 higher then the nearest estimate and by the way additional 3 estimates were performed free of charge.

Description of Work: Set up an appointment. They called the next day for me to 'confirm'. Of course, it was the weekend and no way to do that. They then were a no show for their appointment on Monday. Irresponsible. I would never use such a company for anything around my house. Never!

Description of Work: They removed the poorly installed and damaged materials where the edge of one section of the roof meets up with the side of another part of the house - where water was getting through to one of our ceilings. They installed new roofing materials and correctly sealed everything. They also replaced the improperly installed ridge vent. Absolutely no rubbish was left behind when they were finished with their work.
