The work went fine, they lived up to the contract and standards, they were very professional. Everything they said they would do they did, and they finished in the time they said they would which was one day and that was in April.

Front office-Great. Actual implementation. Not Good.

I was told that the work crew would get there around 8am and a site supervisor would be there all day. Also, I was assured that someone would be able to speak English and that the owner would also stop by the job. The temp. was mid 40's and the crew arrived on 1/15/08 @ 8:45am and got straight to work; removing the old shingles and felt paper. The site supervisor was there initially but did not stay. I stayed home for approx. 80% of the project and because I speak some Spanish, I was able to find out how much plywood needed replacement (that was my main concern). 4 sheets of plywood was needed (2 included in my estimate)replacement and yes the wood looked really bad. Mike came at approx. 3 hours into the job to make sure everything was going okay, and it really was. Snowflakes started to appear but the work crew continued. I felt comfortable enough to leave and go to work after approx. 4 hours. When I arrived home that evening, all the debris was gone.

Mike gave a very complete quote and put what he said in writing (many companies did not spell out the proposed work in writing). Mike was a top notch up front nice and knowledgeable guy, but a roofing company is only as good as the crews it has to do the actual work. The crew that came out was excellent. I wound up spending the day watching them work. They did an excellent job, courteous and efficient. I also had a question a couple days after the job was done. They sent someone out right away to address my question. I highly recommend Roofworks to all my friends, you will save time and money.

They arrived on time. Worked quickly and expertly to make the repairs. Cleaned up the yard after completing the job. Invited me out to inspect the work. They did an excellent job. They also were courteous and professional.
