Roof started 7am to 7pm and gutters in half a day excellent total job.

Rep came went on roof, took picture with phone. Discussed problem – scheduled repair. Completed repair.

At the initial meeting, Ralph from Southernwood Roofing and Siding was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. Unlike the other companies, he took the time to thoroughly evaluate and explain the work to be done. He answered all questions satisfactorily. When the work began, the employees were on time and worked through completion of the project, which was often difficult with weather conditions creating delays. They kept the property clean and safe. All in all, I cannot say enough about the quality of the work and the service provided. I am very pleased with the way things turned out and will definitely refer this company to others.

Southwood at no extra charge, inspected the rest of my roof and found the flashing around the chimney loose so he repaired it and recaulked it. Very professional!

Sothernwood Roofing & Siding is amazing! The replaced our aging basement door with a beautiful and efficient door and made the frame completely maintenance free from the old rotting frame. The crew was quick and clean but they took great attention to detail. They removed the old door, installed, painted and made sure the new door was perfect. They cleaned up and you couldn't even tell there had been a major construction project (either inside or out). This is a great company and we will be using them again! If you want an honest and professional company to work on your home, look no further!

Contacted Southernwood about a gutter repair on my rental property. An appointment was easily scheduled and the inspector came out as expected. I was told that I would receive a written estimate via email. It's been over a week and still no estimate. Unacceptable.

I asked for an estimate and the tech ended up baiting me into paying for some work that he did. However, I never necessarily asked for the work to be performed. I doubt if I ever use this company in the future.

Awesome, no issues, complaints or problems. They did an excellent job replacing all the old stuff and installed a new roof, siding and gutters. They cleaned away all the debris. They were professional, prompt, and courteous. The house is transformed and looks beautiful.

They (Corey) showed up on schedule and was very professional. After a brief conversation he surveyed my roof and provided an estimate. He then followed up in 2 days to complete the repair. I found the entire experience acceptable. If needed I would certainly use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I even had to ask Michael to come back and fix a couple things and they did it, no questions. Great all around. There was a slight bit of confusion on what day they would come out to do the work, their representative came out to clear everything up. We appreciated the follow up.

The person that came out to my home was very professional. He arrived promptly at the definite time. He identified himself and presented a business card and proceeded to tell me exactly what he was about to do. He was knowledgeable and able to answer any questions. Upon completion of the project he presented me with pictures of the before and after of the repair.

Well it took a few days before the contractor emailed back with quotes however when I left a message to have the work done a few days later I received invoice via email. I called because I was under sure and the manager stated that the work was done. I was surprised that this company already did the work. I thought they would take days or weeks. I was wrong. I was happy that this company responded so quickly. Great jobjob thank you
