Amazing!! Communication leading up to the work being done was exceptional and the the crew arrived on-time, completed the repair quickly, and did a wonderful job cleaning up when they were done.

Jim was excellent every step of the way. He helped us conceive of the deck project and worked with us on alternate design ideas as we considered whether to take down a tree, and accommodated late changed to the design as new ideas struck us. He persevered in getting us permits even though the pandemic caused disruptions. The build quality was excellent and the deck lines up flawlessly with our existing back steps. Would definitely recommend.

I recently had Deck and Shed Pros work on a deck project at my house in Baltimore City. My experience was excellent and I recommend anyone requiring work to contact them for a quote. Every aspect of the work from the initial phone call, to the quote, work, and clean-up was handled with the utmost professionalism. One aspect of my experience I really appreciated was the play-by-play and interest provided by the owner Jim. I would classify my project as being an emergency. Jim acted with the same urgency as if it was work on his own house. In addition, another standout aspect of this outfit’s performance I’d like to point out was the fact that the quote and actual work was integrated. Jim showed up to the work site and had the work crew walk through the work so they didn’t miss anything quoted. Often times I’ve had experiences with other contractors where the person quoting didn’t follow through with the work and things were missed. This was not the case with Deck and Shed Pros. If you could not, tell I was more than satisfied with their work and feel they went above and beyond.

Jim immediately followed up to my request for a price. He gave me an initial price and came to my house to provide a more detailed proposal. Once I accepted the proposal, work started within a few days and was completed in two days. The work was done professionally and looks great. Jim was onsite both days and was available for any questions or concerns that I had.

The project went very well and Jim communicated the process and work the whole time. Would recommend for others and would use again in the future. Work site was also very well cleaned up.

We chose Shed and Pros Co., again because they had built a shed for us, however for this time they built a new deck stair. The old deck stairs were made wood and started to disintegrate. We decided to get a new stair with composite materials because we want to have low maintenance for the stairs. Simon who did the excellent job – he tore the old one and dug new holes for footing to support the new stairs. He was paying attention to every detail, handrails, treads, risers, posts, etc. He had done with proper measurements for heights and depths, according to the building codes with received the permit given by a local government. Simon was very thoroughly and professional – he has not said anything in protest. He just listened to me what I wanted for the stairs. I got what I wanted. The pricing might be bit pricey, but it is worth. Excellent craftmanship! Kudos to Shed and Pros Co.!

We chose Shed and Pros Co., for several reasons, good communication, well cooperation and reasonable pricing. Jen was most wonderful help who did all explanations and assisted me to select for various types of designs, styles and colors. I was not familiar with some terms within building materials. With her assistance, it went smoothly and helped me to get clear picture of what the shed would look like. The crew brought everything to the site – they built a shed. As it resulted it was amazing process which went evenly. James, the owner of the company was even at the site and supervised the process. Great communication with him. Through him, he contacted the local government to get a permit and all conditions were met according to the building codes. Everything was met to my great satisfaction. In the end, we were glad to chose them for a beautiful product of the shed. I would highly recommend them for anyone who wants to get a shed.

I am very pleased with the work that was done. The original deck was coming apart and had issues of concern and safety. James came by and was able to assist the situation and was clear with explaining what was needed. His main focus was not only cost and work, but also my family safety and durability of the deck. Once the contract was signed, he was prompt and his crew did the work at a good pace and made the deadline with ample time. I am beyond happy with the work and would definitely look toward them on future services. I highly recommend this company.

I worked with James, which I think is the owner of this business. We been having some cracks on our deck’s posts and were seeking a solution from experts. Some said we must replace them all, and others said that we should add a few posts; two companies suggested that we need to replace the entire deck!! The proposal we got was from $2500 - $65000!! James came over and did an inspection and told us that we don’t need to replace nor exchange our posts! He is a very honorable and honest gentleman. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about Deck & Porches! I highly recommend him and his business.

I have only high praises for this company. They are professional, punctual, knowledgeable, neat and respectful. What I feared would be a time consuming and difficult project, became a pleasurable experience. I would recommend that you HIRE THESE. PEOPLE!!

Jim was extremely nice and patient with me as I took my time deciding when and how I'd like my deck built. Once we got the ball rolling, construction was extremely quick and easy. I want to say the entire project was done within a week or so, with only a couple days delay due to rain. Simon (who did the manual labor) was also super nice and professional. I had gotten quotes from other companies that were reasonably priced and I'm sure I would have been satisfied with their final product as well, but their salespeople were pushy, and I really appreciated Jim's easygoing demeanor. He was also communicative throughout the process and notified me of any delays/potential hiccups. When I was concerned about spacing above my garage, he made sure to make a personal visit to the site and ensure everything was just how I wanted it. I'd definitely recommend working with him!

Absolutely recommend this company! The owner, the office staff and the people who did the work equally delivered great service. I have worked with companies that have great initial service when one interfaces with the owner but the workmanship is not of the same caliber. Deck and Shed Pros proved to be of high caliber through and through. The work evidenced quality craftsmanship. They also went above and beyond to take care of the gate and fence that were attached to the post needing repair. They were prompt and efficient. I appreciated their attention to detail and their good customer service.

I thought I had written a review a while back but apparently not... but would highly recommend Deck and Shed Pros! Jim was very communicative and honest, as well as patient with me as I considered various options and costs. Over a year later, my deck is doing great and has added so much value to my house :) Highly recommend!

I can't speak highly enough about this company. We needed a new deck built on existing supports, and that included new railings and steps to the patio one floor below. In addition, we were going from wood to a composite product. Jim Sarazin, the owner, was professional in every way and made sure our new deck was exactly what we wanted. He was honest, patient, and helpful during our decision process (color/type of product, etc.). He was on-site every day during construction, and the construction crew was respectful and efficient. Plus, the job did not exceed the original estimate. We are extremely happy with our new deck and recommend this company to anyone who wants a high-quality end product from an honest and friendly company.

Many estimates received and this was the only contractor who knew how to return calls, write a correct contract and deliver an excellent product!!! Kudos to Jen & Jim!!!

A good job was done. Jim, the owner was very responsive and was always available when I had any questions or concerns. He checked the work and was a good manger of his workers. He showed up on the job to make sure the work was being done as we contracted. I'm very satisfied!

Wonderful! The railing is exactly what I wanted. Very sturdy! And it was installed within the timeframe given.

The work was done well and on time. The few minor issues that I had after the work was completed were resolved quickly and satisfactorily.

I corresponded with Jim and he was very professional and accommodating. He assisted with staying on target with the project because I travel alot for work.

I'd like to give a standing ovation to Deck and Shed Pros, LLC for the superb work they performed in building a stone pad (rock pad) trimmed in wood as the foundation for the beautiful shed they built to sit on that stone pad. The complete job was performed in 2 day. On day 1, the workers arrived within the timeframe I was given and they went to work immediately! It only took them about 2 hours to dig out and build a stone pad which was trimmed in wood. It's beautiful! We originally removed a very old dilapidated shed that was sitting on an old cement slab (approx. 50 years old). Unfortunately, the old slab was not level which made it extremely difficult to just purchase a shed and sit it on top of the old slab. We didn't like the idea of shimming up a shed and felt it would look really tacky. We tried to have several carpenters provide us with an estimate to build us a shed that would accommodate the uneven slab and slope of the yard. Needlestosay, all estimates came in pretty pricey! One estimate was between 8 -9K! After that didn't work, we found a shed builder in the area who we ordered a shed from, with promises of leveling up the shed when installed, yet the fellow never came by our home to simply look at the location of where we needed to put a shed so he could see the dilemna we were faced with. However, we went ahead and ordered despite our reservations trying to work with that company. The day they arrived to assemble, we saw how it looked and HAD no choice but to ask them to STOP - it looked sooo bad! I was so sad:( My husband jumped in to the rescue and began looking online for another shed builder and came across Deck and Shed Pros, LLC. !!! They were a GOD SEND!! Not only did they build a GORGEOUS rock pad (we had to have the original cement slab removed which we did about a week before we had Deck and Shed Pros come look at the site in the backyard), but can I say that the shed we selected (materials, style, color etc) and they built is ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKINGLY BEAUTIFUL!!! What's more!...it's not only beautiful, it's the sturdiest, most well built shed I've EVER seen in my life!! The colors I selected are perfect for our backyard. The pictures don't do it justice!! I feel like I'm dreaming when I look at how beautiful it is! I know it's a shed, but it's night and day from what we originally had on the property which was here when we bought our home. The team that came yesterday and today all worked together as a tight-knit unit! They didn't waste any time!...I was amazed to see how proficient they all were! Jim (owner) and Jen (office rep.) were so easy to work with from the beginning (ordering and contract) to end! The entire process from beginning to end took about 4 weeks! The shed was actually ready before I thought it would be and before I knew it, Jen was calling to tell us what date they'd be coming to build. I Love this company and you will too!!! The bid was much lower than the other two bids we got, and was half as much as the highest bid. The project was completed in less time than anticipated. Final project was exactly as I had pictured it. Crew that worked here was very professional as was the supervisor. I would use this company again for a similar project.

On time, on budget and beautiful work!

The owner (Jim) came out personally to discuss my vision and options for the patio and provided a quote. Miguel and his crew who worked on my property were unfailingly polite, respectful of my property, diligent workers. The work was done within budget and within the stated time frame. I have no complaints about either the price or the work and will hire this company again when I'm ready to put in my shed. Excellent work and excellent customer service.
