I did go back and check every record going back to April and saw nothing from this customer name or the address. I checked back 30 days and still saw no indication of a call. Our system is not perfect, but it does have redundancies. When a call comes in it goes to the office if no one is in the office to answer the call it is forwarded to my personal cell phone. If I still can't get the call a recording will come on allowing a message to be left. Voice recognition software will then push that message in an e-mail to my cell phone, whrer I can retrieve it, I will also see a missed call on my cell phone from the number that tried to get in touch with Maryland deck and shed.
