called ahead to arrive b4 appointment time. that'a treat evaluated system as ok no big up-sell. answered ?'s about replacement stuff when the time came. professional, courteous, timely.

I have nothing but the BEST things to say about Shawn's professionalism and responsiveness. He went above and beyond typical customer service as I thought through my options and asked follow-up questions. I got a 3rd estimate as well. Shawn had the most thorough answers to all my questions by far. His knowledge far exceeded the other company reps that I talked to. The price was good compared to the other companies, too. I now have a new Bryant Inversion heat pump installed by Comfort Systems and am very happy with how it is performing in the single digit temperatures of the "polar vortex" that we are having this Winter. I HIGHLY recommend Comfort Systems!!

They were very professional the whole way through. They fixed the problem. They did charge me more. They charged me for a part that was about $500. They had to order it and then they came back and put it in. Everything is working fine now. I thought the price was high.

They checked the gas furnace to make sure that it was adjusted properly and had proper draft, replaced the filter, checked blower motor amperage draw. Also checked out the gas fired water heater for proper operation. His visit went very well, the technician was very knowledgeable and professional, answered any questions that I had. Best of all, gave me reassurance that my almost 30 year old system was still serviceable for several more years.

Checked furnace. They did a good job, but they were very hard to schedule.

Furnace inspection/tune-up. We have an older furnace and did not receive any pressure to "upgrade". Technician called 15minutes before arrival, was on time. My little Boston terrier also liked the technician.

It was fine. It’s a small company. They were very prompt and did a great job.

Very pleasant company to deal with. I have had a hard time finding anyone who would service my (fairly complicated) boiler. Although my problem actually had nothing to do with the boiler itself, they looked at it and assured me that they would be able to help me if I had any future problems. They responded to my initial call very promptly and were extremely nice. I will definitely use them in the future if the need arises.

I think it was very nice. I like working with a small company. It is just him and his father. Everything went great and he finished in a timely manner. If I have any problems in the future I will reach out to them first.

They did a nice job of installing a new high efficiency HVAC unit. They communicated the price and rebates to me clearly. They also were prompt and responsive to communications. They provided a competitive quote without any pressure. It has been a few months since they installed our equipment and we have no complaints about the equipment or their workmanship.

Great small family owned and operated business. Yes, there are still people who do an honest day's work and take pride in their work. In 2006, they replaced my old heat pump system with a new system. Moved the unit from the back of the house to side of house for me. System ran great for about a year and then there a small part that failed. They came out and spent hours and many parts later they found the failed part, at that point I had almost had a whole new system. Today, six years later my heat was working but didn't seem to be keeping up so I called and left them a message. They not only returned my call the same day but they came out serviced the system the same day. And no charge. Great family business with integrity, ethics and genuinely care about customer satisfaction.

AFTER HAVING THE COMPANY WHO INSTALLED THE FURNACE NOT BEING ABLE TO FIX IT, WE CALLED THIS COMPANY. THEY'RE VERY ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM THE VERY FIRST TIME!
