Description of Work: They removed three small trees (large shrubs) from the front of our house, including the root balls.

Description of Work: The team sent to the house was professional and responsive. I appreciated how mindful they were of the neighbors, our house and the other plants in our yard. I would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Description of Work: I paid them annually to inspect and recommend treatment for my big yard, and told them to pay attention to one large rare tree especially. The tree broke a large branch in a very dense section that I could not see from my house or the ground. That was left unattended and unnoticed by them for over a year - rot set in and I had to have the center of the tree remove by somone else, at considerale expense. They were totally non-responsive when I finally discovered the problem, reminding them that I asked them to take care of that special tree. The field representative, who was also the marketing and sales person, actually shrugged when i asked him why they didn't see this. I refused to pay them for their work for that quarter, which was minimal and standard, and we ended up in a nasty fight about it. I would never recommend them to anyone.
