Winston's did a great job cleaning my gutters. They called me the day before to let me know they would be there the next day. They cleaned out all the gutters and even picked up leaves that had collected in the bottom of the stairwell to my basement and along the walkway on the side of the house. Very professional...I was quite impressed! The price was well worth it. I highly recommend them and will certainly use them again.

Gave us an accurate quote by phone, came the next day, did a good job, left the junk from the gutters in a bag by the curb. What more can you ask for? Recommend trying the,

They came and gave a fair estimate but their professionalism is one of the worst I have ever experienced. Every time I have called them I feel like I am an inconvenience. They have no customer service skills over the phone. As a paying customer I should not feel this way. I had two estimate and wanted to modify the first but they took bad notes or none at all and would not check her price. It is common sense that adding 8ft section of new gutter would not increase the price from $175 to $391 on the first estimate. All she had to do was look up the price for a 8ft section of new gutter and add that to $175 estimate and we would be done and I would have hire them. I will never use this company again and cancelled my gutter cleaning service with them. For years I had been using them for gutter cleaning but no longer. I will find a company that doesn't take their customer for granted and is happy to talk to them over the phone so you don't feel like you are inconveniencing them.

I had read a previous review that someone said they installed leaf guards. i called and left a message asking to have my gutters cleaned and info about leaf guards. I never received a call back. I followed up and spoke with someone, she said they don't install leaf guards and they won't clean gutter that have leaf guards. I scheduled a gutter cleaning anyway. She said they would be there within 2 weeks, they showed up later that week, on a saturday morning. Previously they would call the day before and notify you that they would come the next day. This time we did not get any call ahead of time. Not that we really care but it would have been nice.

Called in June to get an appointment. Was told they would come out sometime in the next 2 weeks. 3 weeks later, called as no one had come out, when would they come out. Receptionist apologized, said it would again be within 2 weeks. Again, 2 weeks later, no show. Called again, asked why no one had been out yet. Receptionist apologized, something went wrong with their system, I was no longer on their list. She then put me on the phone with a manager who said someone would come out soon. Someone then arrived within a few hours. Overall, felt the price was good. The scheduling was a real hassle. I've worked with this company in the past and not had such difficulties, so not sure what's changed recently.

They came the same day I called, did a thorough job for a reasonable price.

Surprised that a company located in Kensington does not service 6 miles from there base.

They do a good job when they say they are going to. I've used them twice and the workers gave me feedback on our roof and gutters because we don't go up there to look at them.

They were very professional. They didn't use loud, CO2-polluting blowers that get your windows dirty. Instead they scooped out leaves with their gloves. They cleaned all the gutters (unlike our experience with past gutter cleaning companies). And they effectively cleaned out a downspout. I felt like the service providers were respectful of our property and will trust them to come when I am not home.

I have been pleased with the company. When I had an issue with the ground level traps this winter, I had discussions with one of the owners and spoke with him again this spring about the fact they did not clean them out properly in the fall. He assured me that he would make sure it was done properly this time and he was true to his word. He was very pleasant to deal with. I find them very reliable and reasonably priced. Though I have not had major gutter replacement done, I have been very pleased with the repairs they had done and would definitely get a quote from them for more extensive work.

they were very courteous. They also explain exactly what they're going to do, and they told us how much they anticipated cost to be. They didn't leave a mess or anything in the yard, and they took everything with them. Overall they were very courteous and attentive and also well spoken.

Good service. I have used them several times over the last year.

The project with the other contractor went well and took a couple hours. This company wanted over $2000 for the few hours of work and $200 of materials

Winston's was fantastic. I called one day and they told me they would come within a two week window, that I did not need to be home and that they would leave an invoice. They knocked on the door at 8:30 the next morning, finished the work in about an hour or so and left the invoice. I will definitely be calling them again.

This company has cleaned my gutters twice a year for the last several years. Cleaned up after the work. Were responsive and very helpful when I called to ask for advice on gutter screens.

No problems at all. Verty responsive and apparently thorough. Price seemed right. After several years service, Winston said they would no longer service homes of our height, so we had to go elsewhere.

They arrived at 8AM, and they were fast and efficient. They also cleaned up after the job and left the trash near the street for pick up. The only thing that was a little strange was the scheduling system. I would prefer to know well in advance what day and time they plan to do the work. My husband and I forgot to listen to our phone messages the evening before, and we were surprised to wake the next morning to the sound of ladders being raised next to the house! Overall, they did a fine job!

They did a great job. Very responsive to my call. Busy time of the year and the work was completed within 10 days. Did a great job cleaning up. Highly recommend.

Cannot schedule a specific date but they do come and do a thorough job. If there is a problem they also respond (this occurred once many years ago).

Excellent service. Call up and they tell you generally when they'll arrive. Then, they come, on or about the appointed date, and just get it done. Debris is left in neatly filled yard trim paper bags for recycling pickup. A perfect experience.

Always easy to work with. I call the office and request a gutter cleaning. They provide the earliest date they'll be there, weather permitting. If it's raining, I can almost guarantee they'll be out the next nice day.

Called them, gave them our address, they came when we weren't home (the neighbors saw them, and they left the bag of leaves sitting at the curb) and sent us a bill. They charge by the foot of gutter. Very convenient. It did take forever for them to come and do the cleaning, because the winter was cold and they don't come when the temperature is below freezing.

Overall the crews are experienced, friendly, professional and identify the solution to our gutter leakage quickly. Proposal was very clear and was obtained on the spot. The gutter cleaning fee is very competitive. During installation of drip edge, the crew was honest and adjusted the estimate to a much lower price, as they found out less work is needed.

She said they are backed up at this time and I would assume that probably means that they are good. I will try them again in the future.
