After telling me they would come out within 2-3 weeks, they were there within 2 days and completed the work quickly. They were very friendly and told me we would need additional services to clean out some clogged underground drains. They do not perform that type of service but recommended someone who could.

Once he was here he did a good job and did it quickly. Our problem was they wouldn't commit to a particular day. We needed that so we could be home. Their preferred mode is just to come anytime whether we're home or not, do it, and leave the invoice. We wanted to be home because we have an elderly dog and we didn't want strangers knocking around when we were not there. They did call a day ahead and came in the time we asked so ultimately it did turn out ok. He just started on the roof without telling us he was there. We would have proffered he knock on the door and tell us he was starting.

Overall, it went very well. The office manager who took our call explained carefully the process and the pricing system. Not too much later, he called to schedule the visit. The crew showed up on the appointed day, went to work with minimal disruption and cleaned up after the work had been completed. Very efficient. One minor complaint: they put the wet "gutter junk" in a paper recycling bag, which, not surprisingly, broke when I tried to move it. If they had asked, I could have provided my yard trim can. Other than that, great work.

I called Winston's to request gutter cleaning, they took my info and told me they would perform the work within two weeks and leave the bill at the door. I got a message that evening that they were coming the next day. They did come in the morning, spent about 45 minutes doing the work (the gutters and flat roof were a real mess), bagged the debris in paper yard bags and neatly placed them in our trash area. Although their initial quote was $80, we got some extra charges for sweeping our roof and extra bags, but we are very impressed with the amount of work for the price. Would have paid more! Will definitely use again.

They did a great job without any hassle for me. I will definitely use them again.

My husband called, on November 27, to request an estimate. The representative he spoke with was courteous and helpful with the information she provided. He called back the following day to schedule the work and was told that someone would be out within the next two weeks. Having heard nothing after three weeks, my husband called back on Dec. 19 and was told that we were on the list for that day. They didn't show that day, but were there the following morning. (In fairness, there had been a little "weather" between the first time we called and when they actually showed.) There were three or four men who came to do the work on both our house and the house next door. They were here for about an hour and a half. They cleared the debris out of the gutters by hand, flushed them out, bagged the debris and set the bags by the curb. All in all, they did a good job in a thorough and efficient manner.

Excellent. Although they thought it could be 2 or more weeks before they could get to me, they actually called a few business days later to do the work. I was surprised and delighted. The company was professional, pleasant, and did exactly what they said they would do. No leaf messes anywhere and they even cleaned off the roof.

This is a very reliable company to work with. They pretty much take care of scheduling the cleaning for me. It's nice to have a service like this to take care of such a tedious task. I really don't care for cleaning the gutters, and it's just simpler to have them to do it.

After calling a handful of gutter cleaning companies, I decided to go with these guys because of their price. Although they did a wonderful job of cleaning the gutters, they did not call my cell phone as the office said the crew would if I was not at home. I had no idea if they were at my house as scheduled. I will definitely use them again, but I'll make sure I'm home when they arrive.

They were particularly good about communicating and they cleaned up quite nicely. They were fast, did an excellent job and extremely reasonable. I'll use them again and again. They came out while I was at work. I couldn't even tell that they were there, other than my gutters being very clean.

They did a nice job and the work was reasonable as well. I was very impressed and I would recommend them to other people any time. They were on time and professional. It did not take them long to finish the job either. I would recommend them to anyone.

As mentioned by other customers, Winstons only tells you that they will be coming out in the next two weeks. The only way you know they have come by to clean the gutters is when you get a bill under your door. I wish that I had checked the gutters before they arrived because they took the bags of leaves with them (if there were any) so I could not tell how much debris was in the gutters and that they had actually cleaned them out. But from what we can see of our gutters, they were clean after Winstons was there. And from one perspective, the fact that we did not have leaves strewn about on our lawn was a huge positive.

I asked for a replacement estimate, but received a repair (with no guarantee) estimate. So, I had to ask them to re-estimate for replacement. It took almost 2 months to schedule the work at a time I could be present. But work was performed was performed without my presence. Upon inspection, found gutter water pooling in the middle and end opposite the downspout! Repairs were made within a week, but I had to wait. I had hoped they would do the job correctly the first time. This is the 2nd gutter job and still hardly satisfied. I expected professional work, but you have to be present during the work to ensure professionalism. They re-installed my neighbor's downspout, but didn't bother to explain problems with the gutter. They did what they were told and ignored other obvious problems.

Arrived on scheduled date, cleaned up leaves and left garbage neatly at front of driveway. We have also used Winstons to clean windows and repair gutters in the past with good experience. They were less adept at accurately figuring out a chimney problem.

They charged me $80 to clean my gutters and $100 for a minor repair. I've used them for several years. They don't return phone calls right away but I'd still recommend them to others.

WE HAVE USED THIS PARTICULAR SERVICE FOR OVER 10 YEARS. WE HAVE A SLATE ROOF AND COPPER GUTTERS ALL AROUND THE HOUSE AND HAVE ALWAYS ASKED THE CREWS TO BE CAREFUL SO AS NOT TO DAMAGE THESE MATERIALS. ON THE WHOLE, THEY HAVE DONE A GREAT JOB.

THEY SAID THEY CAME BUT THEY DID NOT, AND THEY DID NOT CLEAN THE GUTTERS MOST OF THEIR WORKERS DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH, AND THEY DO NOT CHECK ON THEIR WORK. IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET THEM TO COME BACK AND CLEAN THEM TO EVEN COME BACK AND CLEAN THEM AFTER I CALLED.

THEY GOT THE JOB DONE, THEY CLEANED THE GUTTERS JUST FINE. I JUST CALLED AND TOLD THEM TO COME OUT AND CLEAN THEM, THEY DID AND LEFT THE BILL IN THE DOOR. I DID NOT EVEN HAVE TO BE HOME. THAT WAS NICE.

THEY DID AN OK JOB ON MY GUTTERS. I THINK THAT THEY COULD HAVE CLEANED THE GUTTERS BETTER THAN THEY DID. THEY PROVIDED GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

LICENSED, EXPERIENCED, QUALITY WORK. REFERRED TO ME BY SOMEONE ELSE WHO HAD USED THEM IN DC. NOT LEAST EXPENSIVE, BUT WORTH PAYING (A VERY SMALL AMOUNT) MORE. A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO GET HOLD OF BECAUSE THEY ARE IN HIGH DEMAND.
