Description of Work: Removed old kitchen flooring and laid tiles in a kitchen and hall. The work took a week and initially looked very nice. But the tiles are not adhered to the subfloor in some areas and the grout keeps cracking and coming loose. He came back to repair it twice but only replaced the cracked grout which broke again in just days. Now he does not answer my calls.

Description of Work: They were very good. They repaired ceiling water damage from leaky roof and repainted ceiling. Water had also been seeping in during rainstorms in the patio door attached to the bathroom. They replaced that patio door and repainted patio deck. They replaced rotten door frame on back outside door. They readjusted door attached to garden gate, as it was misaligned. Also they installed some fixtures in the bathroom and did some paint touch up there.

Description of Work: We called Omar to provide an estimate for a remodeling job at our home involving expanding an existing room by tearing down a wall, putting up drywall, flooring , ducts, windows, etc. Omar came in person at the agreed time and after inspecting the premises said that his company could do the work and would submit an estimate for us shortly. Omar never submitted the estimate to us, despite our calling his office 3-4 times and sending email messages. Each time we called, nobody answered so we left messages on the phone. We never received the estimate and never got any response to our many communication attempts.

Description of Work: Called Omar's for an estimate. The young lady that answer was pleasant and took down the information. She then called back to say that he could not make the appointment and wanted another date. I gave her another date which was the next day. Mr. Omar was late and was lost and he did finally arrive on December 22, 2011 at 6:00pm. I'm still awaiting a estimate from this company. I have called and left messages asking them to either mail or email me their estimate. I still have not received a phone call or an email from this company. Not reliable.

Description of Work: The project was to remove all the old rotten and cracked fascia trim on the front and rear of the house and replace all trim with new PVC lumber material recreating the original look of the house. We suppled the material and Omar's provided the labor. The house is an all brick/masonry 2 story mid-century colonial so the trim had to be fastened to concrete block. this was a 4 piece trim including fascia board, bottom cap, crown molding and fluted pilaster blocks. We will be getting Omar's to provide a price for painting the new trim along with other trim on the house that did not need replacing. We are very happy with the job and with the way that the project was handled from beginning to the end.
