Description of Work: They came out to mow my lawn on the 5 days I requested but without notifying me that they were coming and therefore I was not home and they had no further contact with me. They did only half of what I expected, it could not have taken more than 10 minutes and was poorly done!

Description of Work: They never mowed all the way to end of the fence. I asked them to come on a certain day. So I could be there to assure it was done They agreed on the phone but came when they wanted to come. They totally ignore my request. I spoke with the owner and his wife.

Description of Work: This organization emailed me that because my lawn was on a hill, they would not take the job. The reason they gave was that they did not have the kind of equipment to work on a hill. No one ever came to my address to speak with me bout the job and why they couldn't it. I'll leave that for you to figure out.

Description of Work: They mowed my 1/4 acre yard every 2 weeks this summer on a Great Deal for $149. They are professional and very accommodating. They have mowers in my neighborhood on Thursdays and Fridays which seems very efficient since they save on travel time. They sent two men, one with a large fast mower and the other with a trimmer. They took time on the first visit to make sure to know what I wanted mowed and they did the work quickly. The office followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Very happy, will recommend them to friends.

Description of Work: Initially I had to contact them several times before they came out to service my lawn. They would say the person would come on a certain day and because it rained, they did not come and they did not call. I had to call to reschedule. Once they came out, I was very pleased with the service. I have them do my lawn every 2 weeks.
