Excellent service and very professional workers. Showed up on time and were friendly while also focused on their job. Did a follow up service to make sure work was fully completed and that I, the customer was fully satisfied.

MLS does a great job. I have a really hilly hard, so I was worried that they might dicker over the price or half-a__ the job. Far from it. MLS comes once a week and leaves my yard looking great. Highly recommend.

I will leave here my honest and Rave Review... I have 4U lawn maintenance taking care of my property lawn for the last 3 years and I could not be happier and this week they did a huge service at my home, it does look great! They are super easy to communicate, by text, email or phone, whatever you prefer, I do discuss with Dan(owner) details about the service I want done, moving plants around, treating the grass, mulching, seeding, aeration, fall clean up, clean gutters, you name it... I have a 1/2 acre lot and that is a lot to maintain, the fees are very fair by the way! I have 2 small dogs and 4 gates around my yard, the guys NEVER left a gate open(that is super important to me), I am just so glad to have 4U Lawn Maintenance, honest, hardworking people that really takes care of my property with care! Super recommend!

Got Angie's List deal for 5 mowings. Was contacted promptly to schedule and to decide whether I wanted weekly or bi-weekly. Crews were professional and did a great job.

This wasn’t as good as I thought it would be. I had to call them too many times to schedule it and they didn’t come when they said they would come. There were extra fees that I wasn’t aware of. It wasn’t the greatest. When I called they said they’ll get back to me and I let them know the time I wanted it done. If they call me on Monday or Tuesday and I said when can you come out, can you come out Wednesday or Thursday maybe they came Friday. I stayed around the house thinking they were going to call or thinking they were going to come back at a certain time. It’s just wasn’t timely. I remembered them saying they’ll be back the next day and I press them for time a time because they weren’t sure of other jobs they would do. And I said ok give me some idea and they didn’t call me back the next day, they showed up the following day. I just came home and saw that they were here. It took them two visits to do what I wanted them to do. When they got here and I explained what I wanted to have done, we talk on the phone about it they said they had to see it and when they got out here they tell me the price I paid was hardly anything. The whole reason they were to come out was to cut down this bush in front and clean up the yard and they did not have the bush included at all. When he looked at the bush he said the bush was deal and I said yea I know, I’d like for you to remove it. The yard is a very small yard. It’s a town yard in an inner unit with somebody either side of me and there is a side walk in my yard. So I didn’t have much to start with. The key to it is the communication, taking and their availability. It’s ok if you tell me I can’t come today and you’ll be here tomorrow between such and such time. Don’t keep me hanging. I was disappointed because we were emailing back and forth for date and time. They should be more transparent about what they can and cannot do and the price.

They are fantastic. They are really great. They offer Deals for five summer mowing and five spring mowing and I buy them both. Because I have more than quarter of an acre, they charge me an add-up charged, but it is way reasonable because this is more than a regular suburban lot. They are very flexible for me. They could just say that I do not qualify for the Deal that I need to pay full, but they do not.

Like almost every other provider, they didn't make their original appointment and didn't contact me to tell me so... I had to contact them a couple of times before they finally got back to me and rescheduled. They were always nice and courteous, but this is my #1 peeve with providers. Customers understand that things happen, but we want for you to contact us proactively when you can't keep an appointment and not make us chase you down! My wife gave them directions as to what to do in the yard. I wasn't at home at the time and don't know if she drove them crazy or what (a huge possibility!) but the two things that I really wanted done; trimming the bushes in front of the house, was not done well... they were unevenly cut and not really a professional job at all, and the shrubs by the fence in the back yard were completely untouched.

I didn't have time to rake the leaves last Fall, so I bit the bullet and shopped around for a deal. $250 for four hours of work seemed like a reasonable deal. I made most of the arrangements over email, but I spoke with someone in the central office over the phone. She advised me that leaf cleanup probably would not take four hours, so I asked them to mow, edge, and do some general trash pickup in my yard as well. When I arrived home from work one day, I was quite pleased with the result. I plan to use them again this summer for general yard mowing and maintenance.

You should have a record of e mails that passed between us. They called me 30 minutes after I arrived at the property and cancelled. I would not use them again. There was no charge

It was fine. They did the services at a property where I don't reside. They could do a little better job at scheduling, accessibility and their communication.

I liked everything about their service. They were professional. They came on time and left on time. They did good work. It was very good. There wasn't anything I didn't like about the service.

They did an excellent job -- professional, courteous, thorough. Very much worth the cost.

Access to our property is on a narrow one way private road. Because they cannot bring the trailer and turn it around, they drive the mower up the 1/4 mile road. Also, the mowable portion of our full acre lot is more than the 1/4 acre their deal covers. They told me last year after the deal was over that they would have to charge me $15 extra per mowing because it was taking them longer to do our lot. I think the upcharge is very reasonable. This has been a very wet year and early this season they delayed a couple of mowings when the ground would have been too soft. They work very quickly and sometimes quite late in the day. I don't worry about when they come, so punctuality is not an issue for me. I like to do a lot of my own gardening, but the mowing was talking too much of my time. I love having this efficient and inexpensive service to do the basic mowing and trimming.

In general, it went very well. We had a couple of instances of miscommunication in that I had requested the service for every other week, and twice the worker came on the "off" week. I emailed the office our agreed-upon schedule and pointed out that the worker had shown up in between those times. The office person was very apologetic, and we worked it out by having not come the following week. Since the mowing service work WAS excellent and the price reasonable, I hired them for a spring cleanup this year (2015), and I was very satisfied. I have also hired them for one mowing call, when we were getting ready to go on vacation; I will certainly call upon Maintenance Lawn Services again.

Crew (2 men) was excellent. They worked hard and fast on a hot, humid day and accomplished all that I asked them to do. Yard looks great.

Last year my yard was a mess and they stayed past the 4 hour clean up time to finish it Mowed , trimmed and edged until winter and raked my thousands of leaves. They Will plant if I leave the plants and instructions. Any special requests are taken care of

It went very well from the beginning once the situation was explained they even offered the senior discount. The yard looks great. The removal of the bamboo was the most difficult but currently there is no sign it was there. The team did everything I asked and everything they said they would do. The yard was left clean. The individual bushes that had grown into out of shape trees now have shape and definition. I will definitely be using them again to clean up the front,the side and the fall/winter clean-up

I purchased a big deal for 5 mowings. The office was great to work with and scheduling was easy. They were very responsive, did a nice job on the lawn and were able to give me a good estimate for future work which I've als now scheduled.
