Andrew at Ayoub N+H Carpet and Rugs was very friendly and helpful when deciding the carpet and with measuring and estimating the cost of the contract and the timing for the ordering, delivery, preparation, and installation. The installers worked very hard, were friendly, engaged me to make sure I was satisfied with different aspects of the installation, and did a beautiful job with the removal of the old and in the installation of the new carpet. I could not have been more satisfied with everyone at Ayoub - they are a class act, and I'm happy to recommend them.

Two people arrived on time. When they accessed the carpet, they thought the carpets looked clean and told me they would do a light cleaning. I reiterated to them that I was moving into the new house and wanted a fresh start, meaning fresh, clean carpeting for my family--especially since some family members have allergies. Next time, I may sprinkle brown dirt all over the carpets so they do deep cleaning (just kidding, not really). I was paying the same price for their light cleaning. Overall, I think they did a good job but I wish the guys didn't tell me they thought my carpet did need much cleaning. #OCDissues. I'll use the company again, esp. when they are offering coupons.

The price was not what it was supposed to be. I called to get information and gave the rug measurements, but when they came out, they measured the rug completely different. First the fringe didn't count, then it did. They also tried to upsell us. The carpets were beautiful when they were done.

Very good experience. Purchased the 2 for 1 ($246) deal. Both rugs were a few square feet larger than the size limit, so there was a surcharge, which was very reasonable.

Went great, excellent communication by provider. They were very accommodating in scheduling the times to both pick up and drop off the rugs. When there, they contacted me two or three times to give me status updates and to ask whether I was interested in additional services that they offer - scotch guarding and repairs - to improve the quality of my rugs. These were not heavy marketing calls, just very friendly offers. I did not feel any pressure to "buy up" despite using a Angie's deal coupon for this, which I really appreciated. Very good experience overall. The results were impressive as well.

The folks at Ayoub were great, very prompt and easy to deal with. Came and picked up the rugs and then delivered them after they had been cleaned. I had them wrapped in plastic so I could easily return them to their original owner, so I haven't actually looked at the rugs, but I have no reason to believe they weren't carefully cleaned.

As background, I collect fine tribal rugs and I have very high standards for anything having to do with rugs. Ayoub sent 2 guys to my house to roll up the rugs and take them to be cleaned. They called me when the rugs were done and we agreed in a day for them to bring the rugs back (which was today). Both of my rugs clean now and they are as beautiful as ever.

I made the appointment for pick up, the rugs were rolled up and removed in my selected window of time, we were notified of any extra costs, we were called when the rugs were ready, we were able to select the return window of time, the rugs were neatly put back in place. The End!

We used Ayoub N&H Carpet for the first time when one of our favorite rugs had taken a red wine spill. We feared the worst as this is an older rug and the stain covered a large area. We were thrilled that the staff at Ayoub was able to remove the stain restore our rug with a hand washing that helped restore its luster! We added a scotch guard protection and are glad we found Ayoub for who we will use again and recommend their services.

It worked out fine. I don't have any complaints. We have to leave the stuff on the front porch. They picked them up, they cleaned them both, and they seemed okay.

Work was done at provider facility (yeah) with pickup and delivery included in the price! They even accommodated my moving state by pickup at former house and delivery at current house. Everyone, including pickup crew and schedulers, was professional, polite, and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning procedure and other available services/products. Communication was efficient and timely which made for smooth carpet pickup and delivery. All costs (for additional services) were clearly explained several times, I.e. During multiple phone calls and at both pickup and delivery. No drama and no surprises except the surprise and delight at finding excellent customer service. OH - All 3 carpets look beautiful and very clean with stains gone and patterns and colors bright again. Thanks to the crew at Ayoud N&H I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend it.

Professional and courteous staff. Responsive via email and phone to schedule pickup and delivery. Satisfied with the quality of the rug cleaning as well as the new rug pad.

They were good. There was one stain they were not able to get out. Scheduling an appointment was fine.

I drew their attention to spots in my study where I'd spilled coffee, and in the bedroom to where there was most traffic. When they left the carpets were dripping wet, and, in my study, looked like ocean waves. In more than 25 years of getting wall to wall cleaned, I have never been left with carpets so wet. I was told it would take 24 hours to dry, and it took about that long. I called the next day, and they came. Coffee spots were sprayed and disappeared as the carpet dryed. Also, as promised, the rug in the study did shrink down to flatten as it dried. The carpet in the bedroom could look better. The two men who came were very polite, but I think not the most skilled carpet cleaners. They should have gotten the stains out the first time, and my carpets should not have been so wet.

Setting up a pick up time was easy. It is a huge Persian rug so we had to have them pick it up. They performed a standard cleaning job. I opted out of deodorants or harsh chemicals. The rug came back clean and smelling good. This is my second time using the company. I would recommend them for high quality service and easy scheduling. There were no stains or odor with the rug, so this was a standard cleaning job.

Borrowed rugs were returned to us in terrible condition - filthy and smelling like cat pee. We thought the only thing we could do was throw them out, but decided to try Ayub services first, as the rugs were of excellent quality and would be hard to replace. Ayub made the whole experience easy - they picked up the rugs, arrived at the time they told us they would, explained the services and options available, and were polite and responsive to our questions. Two weeks later, the rugs were delivered back to us in excellent condition, clean and no smell of cat pee! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - they are exceptional.

A crew of two young men came in and removed the rug, they were professional and very helpful. The rug was cleaned very well and it looked brand new. I would definitely use this service again and/ or refer them. They were punctual and my expectations were met.

I’ve not looked at the rugs yet, but the scheduling and follow up was fine. They called before they came and they also called before they brought the rugs back. One rug was a runner in the hall and the other was in the bedroom.

Very professional. I reviewed other offers and liked what i saw on the reviews. I would definitely use them again. They spent extra time deodorizing and making sure it was dry before returning the rugs to me. I actually added one additional rug as well.
