Fantastic! Ayoub did an excellent job of cleaning and repairing these original Oriental carpets. They were timely, did a stunning job in cleaning and repairing the fringe and were responsive to my concerns. The price was more than fair. I would definitely use them again.

As promised: 2 representatives picked up and then delivered the rug in about 9 days. They were courteous and careful. They trimmed the new rug pad to size and replaced the living room furniture.

Very well and I will highly recommend. All three rugs came back nicely cleaned and the surging was excellent. They also gave a really great price for cleaning the additional rug and surging. I will most definitely use them again. They picked-up and dropped-off which was very handy given the size of my rugs. They did an excellent job cleaning the really grungy fringe on my dining room rug. I'm impressed. The reason for the B on punctuality and responsiveness was a simply mix-up with the return of the rugs and a confusion about how many rugs I wanted to have surged at the ends (2, but they only removed the fringe from my runner.) This wasn't a major issue and if I want to have the other rug binding done I'll do it next cleaning.

Company technicians showed up at the appointed time, removed the rugs, and returned them clean beautiful one week later. Their service was price competitive with other cleaning services. I am a satisfied customer and will use them again.

NH Ayyoub picked up the rugs and returned them two weeks later. They showed up when they said they would and performed the work well. The rugs look better and were not/not damaged by the cleaning process. I have used this company two times, and will probably use it again.

It was great. I wouldn't give them an A because the time frame to pick up the rugs is not a good time frame for anyone working 8-hour a day. We had to pay for the deodorizer. We had to deliver our rugs to them. They should have pick-ups for clients in the city after 5. We paid for the service and they cleaned our rugs well.

The carpets look great! When they returned them they included the pad I asked for a quote on. A simple misunderstanding. I called and they arranged to come pick it up and gave me a full refund including state tax. Pleasant to speak with and a job well done.

They were quick and efficient. The rugs came back looking beautiful, and one gets a lot of traffic. They put a new mat under the carpet that needed to go under the bed and were cheerful and polite though the job was not so easy. I had forgotten to mention my 15% discount card (because I had used them previously), but called them the next morning and the 15% was promptly applied - and yes, that was a decent sum of money. They aren't cheap but I do love the quality of the work and the efficiency of the employees.

Team showed up on time. They were very polite and professional. I had a number of FLOR carpet tiles to be cleaned. They were VERY accommodating (those aren't the easiest items to clean). Will definitely use them again!

The rug looks great! I really like the clean edges, without fringe. They matched the colors well. Also, they told me it would take two weeks, but called me to pick it up early.

Great work and service! I had a new oriental rug and a new puppy - those don't mix well. My puppy ate a hole right in the middle of the rug. I thought it was a loss. But I contacted Ayoub and a competitor. The competitor wanted me to bring the rug to them in Springfield before they would even give me an estimate. But Ayoub was able to give me an estimate based on photos I emailed them. The hole was in the middle of complicated patterns (multiple colors), but they were able to die threads to match and you can't even tell where the repair is! The customer service was great - very helpful and nice, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use Ayoub again.

Very easy to work with. Carpets look good. They delivered on time, as promised.

They were so careful transporting the rugs from our home, they moved furniture and lifted the heavy rugs. They were up front and clear about additional costs (one rug was very large) and offered helpful services that I didn't know were possible to restore the rug that was in a flood. I also appreciated how quickly they were able to pick up the rugs and get to work which was critical due to the flooding. Highly recommended.

It went great. Andrew was efficient and helpful. He knew we were in a time crunch and got the estimate to me immediately and the work scheduled on a fast turnaround. Lou and Jose did the install and they were skilled and efficient. Great transaction.

The provider came, looked at the rugs, and discussed with us what repairs we needed and how they would be done. Once we agreed on what should be done, they removed the rugs to their facility, repaired and cleaned them and return them to us. The whole process took about four weeks.
