Description of Work: They cleaned my oriental rug - and did an excellent job - I forgot how vibrant the colors were until I got it back. They also cleaned and mended another rug. They only mended one of the two holes, and when I called, they apologized and picked up the rug (at my convenience) to complete the job.

Description of Work: they cleaned two rugs and repaired a valubale and old oriental rug. It went well - they were punctual and did not mind having to move furniture and things to get and return rugs - one of which was heavy. I have used tham in the past and they are very good.

Description of Work: Cleaned an area rug for us. Picked up and dropped off on time. They did a great job on the rug. A bit pricey, but pleased with the service.

Description of Work: They cleaned two 8X10 oriental carpets. One of them was very dirty and the other had really bad smell due to my dog's urine. They did not promise both will be able to be removed, but most of the dirty spots were either gone or barely visible. They did a pretty good job on the smell and I am very pleased with what they did. All communication was done via emails and they have been very responsive.

Description of Work: The staff from Ayoub scheduled a cleaning for our wall to wall carpet as well as taking 2 oriental carpets back to the plant for handwashing. The cleaning they did was nothing short of miraculous. Our wall to wall carpet was stained and filthy. The guys took the time to clean it thoroughly - it looks fantastic now! They also took the oriental carpets out, cleaned and repaired them, and re-installed them under all the furniture. They were prompt, courteous, organized and thorough. We could not be happier. Will definitely use them again!
