Description of Work: I wanted an oriental rug repaired and cleaned, as we were moving to a new house. They came and picked up the rug as promised, and after inspecting the damaged area, called me with an estimate before repairing the rug. We had a delay of 7 weeks in temporary housing, and they agreed to hold the rug until we could move into the new house. They came and delivered the rug to our new house and were very professional. It wasn't cheap but it was worth the expense, as the rug ( 20+ years old) looks great.

Description of Work: They cleaned a wool, approximate 5x9 area rug. They told me how much it would be and how long it would take. They were professional, called me when it was ready, and did a nice job on the cleaning. No complaints at all.

Description of Work: I sent 3 rugs for cleaning. They did a very poor job. 2 of the rugs did not even look as though they had been cleaned.One rug had new fringe put on. I was happy with that.

Thank you for your review, we appreciate the feedback regarding our rug washing service! I'm sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the results of the cleaning. According to your job history, it looks like there were pet stains throughout the rugs that did not come out during the washing process. We do go through extensive spot removal attempts both before and after the washing. Unfortunately, there are some stains which can become permanent, such as pet urine. Other common permanent stains include things such as red wine, beverages with food coloring, and sometimes coffee and tea. As offered before, we would be happy to pick-up your rugs, attempt additional spot removal, and deliver the rugs back once completed. Although we can't guarantee the stains will come out if the rug fibers are damaged, we can certainly try again at no charge to you.
