Shawn is a good technition. Detected our A/c unit issue like that and fixed. He came on time and very good communicator.

Great company. Sean was very knowledgeable and won't try to sell you a platinum system when all you need is the silver. The price was very reasonable and the installation staff were professional and very personable.

This is a first rate company. They came on the start date and finished when they said they would. The men were very professional, courteous and they cleaned up when they were done. Their price was reasonable and there were no surprises. They sent the warranty in for us. We had nothing to do except enjoy the new air conditioning system. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Not a good experience. I was without any heat at a time when temperatures were dipping into the 20s, even the teens one night. He treated it as a routine call, taking three visits and five days before finally fixing the problem. It was a simple fix of replacing the motor in the fan. Did not return when he said he would and was not available by phone. Too bad, young and personable. Would have loved to recommend him, but afraid I can't.

Sean was honest, informative and so wonderful to deal with. Before I even hired him, he came to my house and got water running to my residence without even knowing if I was gonna hire him or not. His prices were very competitive with others I received quotes from but after he came to my rescue without asking for anything in return, he now has a customer for life because he gained my trust and that is a huge plus in my book. He is coming to fix my air conditioning next week and I look forward to the excellent service that he and his crew provide. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. He is worth every penny!!!

I was in dire straights. I was out of town and my A/C was about to be stolen. Sean and his team came out the very next day assessed the damage, sent me pictures, explained everything VERY WELL, and installed a security cage over my unit to prevent the thieves from stealing the unit. They saved me thousands. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Sean explained every detail of the job and took time to give me suggestions about placement. The duct installers were fast, efficient, competent and very polite. They were also very respectful of my time limitations.

Sean was professional and competent from the beginning. We still haven't met in person but we interact as though we've known each other for years with mutual respect and trust. Sean has gone the extra mile for me over and again. My basement got flooded three times in about three months and he was quick to respond, assess the situation, and be the go-to plumber to address the issues in a timely way. I can rely on Sean and his team to come through at times of need and this is a big statement to be able to make, and I'm glad that I can make it.
