I had done my research on the ductless AC that I desperately needed for our 3rd floor master bedroom. I recieved several estimates from several companies. This company's sales rep did an honest assessment at a great price. This AC unit is really life changing. I would highly recommend them.

We had a couple of scheduling delays but everything was resolved. Jason worked so hard on resolving the delays and kept us in the communication loop. The technicians, Steve and Brandon, that installed the heat pump were incredible. They worked together like clockwork. It is a beautiful installation and is working beautifully.

The two gentlemen who installed our new air conditioner and gas furnace worked together with incredible teamwork, skill, and attention to every detail. It was quite remarkable to see how skilled they were in the performance of their jobs. They were also both very professional and personable. I highly recommend S.M.
