I had done my research on the ductless AC that I desperately needed for our 3rd floor master bedroom. I recieved several estimates from several companies. This company's sales rep did an honest assessment at a great price. This AC unit is really life changing. I would highly recommend them.

We have an older home (built in 1940), so competency and fairness in price was very important to us. All of our request was met. All of the employees of SM Mechanical LLC were honest, experienced, friendly, professional and competent. I will be using them again in the future and I highly recommend them.

We had a couple of scheduling delays but everything was resolved. Jason worked so hard on resolving the delays and kept us in the communication loop. The technicians, Steve and Brandon, that installed the heat pump were incredible. They worked together like clockwork. It is a beautiful installation and is working beautifully.

The two gentlemen who installed our new air conditioner and gas furnace worked together with incredible teamwork, skill, and attention to every detail. It was quite remarkable to see how skilled they were in the performance of their jobs. They were also both very professional and personable. I highly recommend S.M. Mechanical LLC. to anyone who needs a new air conditioner or furnace.

They installed a new ac and furnace and did a great job. They were done by 1 pm the same day and they charged an extremely reasonable price! I am also having them run duct but I haven't scheduled that yet.

Installed the next day once we made the decision to move forward. Waiting for them to come back to start up furnace and drain the line.

My AC went out right in the middle of the worst of the heat wave. The first pro that came out quoted $9,000 to replace my unit and my heart dropped. I felt like he was trying to take advantage of me. I then got SM to come out and their price was about 40% less. They didn’t try to take advantage of me in a desperate situation, they gave me a fair price, and they did quality work. They are a lot busier, but they are worth waiting for.

They were fair and took the time to explain everything. They encouraged us to talk with other contractors before making a decision.

They were friendly and efficient. They diagnosed and quickly got the work done in one day. Scheduling was a challenge with communication but we got through it. I would work with them again.

Replaced a 10 year old system. Talked me through the options between repair and replacement and didn't pressure me to replace the system, but gave me the pros and cons of both options. Always on time and finished the job quickly. Even installed a new smart thermostat that I bought separately.

The guys were great. On time and very knowledgeable. My big complaint was the mess they left behind each night. I feel they should have swept up their mess and taken their trash out each day.

My AC was shot, dead. I had three objectives for my search; well, done, well priced and quick. Jason from SM contacted me almost immediately after I hit send on my Home Advisor request. That was Tuesday night. He came to my house the next morning provided a competitive quote (I needed AC but bought an entire system). It is Friday at 5:29 PM 90 degrees outside and 74 in my house, the job is done. Brian and Steve showed up for the install at 8:00 AM and were great. Thanks SM Mechanical and Home Advisor.
