We could not have asked for a better experience. We were impressed with his obvious technical knowledge and also with his professional approach to the job. I asked for additional cards from him so we could recommend him to our friends, which we will do without any reservations.

Randy was exceptional. He arrived on time, efficiently diagnosed our cable wiring problem, remedied the problem (which our comcast installation contact was unable to do), and finished with enough time to install several outlets that had been on our basement wish list. We will absolutely call him with any future electrical problems at our new home.

After an extensive email exchange that allowed me to decide what I wanted, Randy provided me with a detailed estimate for the changes to my system. Randy was professional, courteous and very pleasant to work with.The installation went smoothly over 2 days and Randy cleaned up afterwards. A couple of minor problems were corrected with a followup visit and the system is working well.

He was friendly and went right to work. He assured me he insured his work and to contact him if I had any problems. It didn't take long. After about 6 months I noted that one of the screws was loose so I had an in-house handyman look at it and he said that the installation was SO sound that the TV would work fine without the second screw. I had it like that for over year before replacing the TV with a larger one and had that installer fix it for me, along with other work that was beyond this provider. If I was worried about it I knew that this provider would have come out and fixed it.

Randall Perry was very personable and helpful. He provided a very professional installation. He willingly answered all of my questions.

Excellent job. Worked with me concerning my schedule. I had just moved in and was expecting out of town company (including children) who would be staying with me for a few days so I needed the TVs installed quickly. He was very prompt and professional. I would definitely hire him again.

They were very professional, and did a nice job, but I ended up paying an additional amount, in order to not have a chord that hangs down, they had to install a plug behind the TV. I didn't realize that when I bought the big deal.

The service went okay. It took a couple of months to get them to come out. I paid another $149 to have a second TV mounted. Parts of the job were good, but they did not conceal all the wires in the wall. I thought the mounting was done well. It is very secure. The technician was very helpful in deciding where it should be mounted and kind of given me ideas so it would be the most secure and most easy to watch.

All went very well. Randy asked various questions to understand how we wanted the TV hung. He discussed things with my son as he had various wires that were not being used previously. Randy did a great job and cleaned up everything after he was done. I would hire Randy again if we decide to hang our other TV on the wall.

Randy showed up right on time and was very friendly and professional. He did a great job figuring out the best way to do the work and got right to it. All wires were run through the basement and then to their positions and the holes that were cut were covered by wall plates so it looks great. He also helped me setup the system and calibrate the speakers. The entire install went great and i would definitely recommend his services to anyone.

Easy to work with. Reminded us of options. Made sure we understood, and verified which option we wanted. Doubled checked our measurements. Cleaned up afterwards, a huge bonus. Randy even did an extra task that was not part of the arrangement. Gave us a quote beforehand, and was very close to that quote when it came time to pay. We are repeat customers. If we decide to mount the sound bar, we will call him. Courteous, prompt, friendly, professional, thorough. I trust him.

The original deal included a flat bracket but I wanted one that could move in various directions. Charged only $100 for the bracket, which is a great price. I didn't want to hide wires behind walls; alternative was a good one--a flat white plastic piece that hides the wires against the wall. Also ran the cable cord above the wall base, as I had requested, and tacked it down. Everything looks and works as nice as I could have hoped for. Hooked up all my devices. Also looked at a previously installed TV bracket and helped me maneuver it when I was afraid to. Very good experience. Glad I did it!

The service and final product was great. Randy was punctual, professional and gave a very fair price. I will be calling him back to mount my next TV.

Troubleshoot existing system, installed HDMI cable replacing old cable for future tv installation in basement. Reconnected pool speakers and connected to a spare stereo to improve power/volume. Great job and saved me time and frustration if I attempted to do myself.

The offer: $273. for a TV Mounting with Concealment of Wires and Power Inside Your Wall, Bracket Included! This was a less standard installation of a large flat screen tv over a fireplace adjacent to a brick wall. It required additional wiring and a mounting bracket different from the one included in the deal. As a result it was significantly more expensive than anticipated and, since the Big Deal was a holiday gift to someone, made it awkward for both the purchaser and the recipient. Randall also gave an estimate to complete the same work at our home. We appreciated his willingness to honor the Big Deal price, but again the final estimate was significantly higher. Randall is conscientious and professional, obviously experienced with all the possible glitches in this type of installation. The finished project was professionally completed.

I am very happy with the TV installation. Everything was done very professionally, made sure the tv was completely level, and even tucked away all other wires behind our TV stand. Very happy

My home theater system had lost its audio capability when I powered up the system after being gone for a month. I contacted Randy via email and he responded promptly. He came to my residence and quickly identified the problem and corrected it. Randy was very courteous and professional.I am considering upgrading the system and Randy agreed to furnish me an estimate. I was extremely pleased with our interaction and would definitely use Impel in the future for my home theater needs.

Randy was great! He took the time to help me assemble all of the pieces for my new home theater (and provided some items at better prices than Best Buy) and mapped out an entire network for my home. The install was seamless and he was very careful and paid attention to the little details that most installers overlook - even going as far as dusting up the drywall dust and making small talk to our dog who was a little paranoid of all the activity. I would not hesitate to hire Randy again in the future and would strongly encourage you to read all of the small print from the other installers prior to hiring them. Randy's ad was upfront on additional costs as opposed to two of the other installers I contacted who kept adding on other charges. Always make sure you know what is being included in the quote before selecting the installer. Randy's initial quote seemed a little high but once I started getting other quotes that charged for cable by the foot; upgraded brackets; etc....Randy had the best price of them all. It also meant a lot to me that Randy called a few days after the install to make sure everything was ok and that I was satisfied with his services.
