Randy is awesome! He is prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. I contracted with Impel Services in April to have a 65” tv installed in my living room. Randy did a excellent job. There was no question when I needed a 55” tv installed in my bedroom. I reached out to Impel Services again. I was able to secure an appointment quickly and have my tv installed in a matter of days. Randy did a great job again! I highly recommend.

Randy was great! He was highly communicative while we were scheduling everything. He was timely, friendly, and took care of everything quickly and professionally. Everything was reasonably priced, and Randy stayed to make sure everything was working properly and answer all of my questions. I'd highly recommend him, and I'll certainly hire him again when we have any other needs with a home install.

I've put off for years connecting outside speakers to my sound system. I wanted to stream my music from SiriusXM, Pandora and other services when enjoying my deck. Bluetooth speakers just weren't cutting it due to poor quality , bad connections and batteries failing during use. Randy offered a free consultation. I scheduled an appointment and he came, looked over my system and within an hour I had outdoor speakers which were switchable from my receiver and he checked out the rest of my surround sound connections. Randy is a professional with excellent customer service and experience. While not the cheapest overall the money I paid was well worth it. I needed to have some Cat 6 Ethernet cables installed, Wireless Access Points, speakers, and speaker wires installed in my home. The job was done well and overall quality was excellent. Finding good help these days is very hard. He showed up on time and got the job done right. When it comes to running cables if you don't get the right person you will end up with unnecessary holes in your walls to deal with. Not with Randy! I will hire again without hesitation.

My technician was great. He answered the phone on a Sunday (which totally surprised me) and listened carefully to what I needed to have done. He set up an appointment promptly and showed up on time. He looked at what I needed and gave me three different options in three different price ranges. He completed the work and cleaned up nicely. I was very pleased with his service.

Randy was on time for our appointment and reinstalled a new Pioneer receiver to my existing home entertainment system. The old integra receiver that we had was done and needed replacing. During the installation randy cleaned up and refreshed the entire setup. He reconnected the Apple TV, Fire TV, and the DVR/VHS combo. Additionally while he was here he installed two speakers ( that we had from and old set up) to our back wall to make the Surround sound system complete. He had to get acces to the attic an run new wire from one side of the house to the other. The room for the surround sound has very large Vaulted ceilings , at its peak nearly 25 feet. Originally, I thought the process would be to hatful and costly to be worth it. However Randy was sure he could complete the job affordablly. At the conclusion of the the entire process Randy explained how everything worked and made sure I was comfortable with the system before you left. I will continue to count on his services in the future. If you are reading this review no looking for the services Randy provides do not hesitate to give him a call. Just hard to believe he could provide all the services and the equipment that he did for the prices that he charged. Next project with Randy will be to refresh the entire Wi-Fi boosting system in our house.

I worked with Randall over the course of several weeks to define the sort of components I wanted for my system. We exchanged emails, pictures of my space, and measurements. Randall gave me several recommendations for each of the components that I wanted, gave the the pertinent details about the components (comparisons, etc.), and when I finally decided on the components, he came out and did the installation. Randall was a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable and friendly, and really listened to what I wanted. The installation went very smoothly, and everything worked perfectly. Randall even provided a way to hook up the Fire TV that hadn't arrived from Amazon when the installation took place. The entire experience was excellent. And, if I have the need, I look forward to working with Randall and IMPEL Services again in the future.

Very well. Randy was very professional and patient in explaining how to operate my equipment. He was available by telephone after the service was provided to answer any questions I had. Would definitely use him again and recommend him highly.

Randy was easy to work with and did very high quality work. Quick and efficient. He ran HDMI cables and other cables into the wall after mounting the TV. He fished the wires down the wall and out by a rack of components. Looks great, and it is now a very clean setup. Would definitely use again.

Randy Perry is fantastic! I'm not one to sit and write a review but he absolutely deserves a review. Randy was in my home when he said he was going to be there and he was gone in less than 45 minutes. He showed me where the previous installer had not bolted the brackets to a stud but just the drywall which could have been more costly down the line. I highly recommend him and will use him again!

Third time I used IMPEL for TV set up/cabling. One job was a project to find a bad TV splitter behind wall. Easy to set up an appointment, usually within a few days from call. He arrives on time, checks out the issues and goes right to work. This company is top notch.

He was very professional and courteous. Work was done neatly with great suggestions by Randy on what would work the best.

This is the third or fourth time I've used Randy and Impel services. He's always punctual and responds to texts quickly. His charge is always very reasonable. In the past, I've had Randy set up my home theater in the basement, set up a multi-function remote, and rewire an older connection for my TV. Always first class service. I'd highly recommend Impel Services for anything to do with Home Theater, flat screen set up, Sonos, etc.

Called prior to arrival to confirm. Arrived on time. Was courteous and professional when coming into my home. Immediately identified the issues. Re stated the process and cost, which actually was at the low end of the range he estimated. Cleaned up the area, tested everything; including taking the time to reset my internet setting and update the device settings. Also did a quick troubleshooting of another TV in my home, at no charge. Overall excellent service. Exceeded exceptions.

Service was precise all was explained in detail. I have a newly built townhome and realized after it was too late that I had chosen where to hang our rec room television poorly when meeting with the people who install electric outlets and cable ports. IMPEL was able to install a new outlet and mount the television in a more fitting location and did so quickly and cleanly. He even vacuumed the area to remove dust from drilling new outlets. We will use him again when we are ready to have our living room television installed.
