My husband and I called around and searched online for someone to help us with our television needs. We had three flat screen TV's that had been sitting on the floor and we wanted them mounted on the wall. We were disappointed with previous people contacted until we found IMPEL Services. Randy, the owner, was very professional and answered all of the many questions we had. After we spoke with him, we felt confident that he was the man for the job! Randy arrived in a timely fashion and patiently reviewed all of our electronic needs. His overwhelming personality was outstanding! He also did an excellent job with installation and clean-up. He did exactly what we asked. We definitely got our money's worth because the price was right. My husband and I highly recommend IMPEL Services. We are thinking of bringing him back to put together our sound system.

Everything about Randy and IMPEL is first class. He arrives on time and prepared for the job. Randy is extremely technically competent, courteous, and professional. I had speakers in four rooms inside and outside of the house installed 15 years ago that were not working and he had them sounding better than ever within the hour. He also installed speaker connection wall mounts for very little cost which eliminated the wire spaghetti we had before. He cleaned the area and was finished in just a couple of hours. You can absolutely trust your home theater to IMPEL and expect all work to be completed correctly the first time and at a very fair price. HIGHLY recommend!

After poking around in the basement, the attic, and outside the house, he was able to disconnect unnecessary splitters that attenuated the signal. I followed around with my laptop doing download speed tests to check the outcome of his efforts. Now we get 30 Mb WiFi throughout the house. He also pointed out a cabling problem in our bedroom TV which was easily corrected and improved the picture dramatically. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgable!

Randy was great. In the weeks leading up to the installation, we spent a good bit of time on the phone and in correspondence by e-mail and text regarding my equipment purchases. Randy patiently provided his advice without charge. On the day of the installation, Randy was prepared and knew exactly what he was doing. He brought all necessary parts and stayed until everything was in working order and the sound system was properly calibrated. I would not hesitate to recommend Randy to anyone with similar needs.

Randy wall mounted several tvs in our new home. He worked hard and late into the evening to finish the project over the same weekend that we moved in. He was courteous and professional. This was the 3rd time we used him and would definitely use him again.

If I tried I could not say enough good things about Randy and his services. Everything from the jump was first class. Easy to communicate with and very understanding of the customer's needs, Randy is very talented and very, very good at this job. He showed up on time and got right into the room to survey what needed to be done. It was brand new construction and I'd just moved in so there were boxes and things everywhere. I didn't really know exactly how we were going to set the system up, so Randy talked me through several options, gave his opinion on the best choice and together we agreed on a course of action. At no time did he pressure a result or suggest that he was unable to do something. He presented the options and waited for me to make a decision. Then he executed it to perfection. He worked quickly and efficiently, being done in a little less than 2 hours and leaving no mess or garbage behind. He was able to mount the TV, hide all the wires and then run rear speaker and cable wire around the entire room. Results look fantastic. I am very pleased and will use him for any similar services I require in the future.

Service was good and the price was a little high but overall the service was good. On time. I would recommend them to anyone.

Due to construction, I found I had a brief window of opportunity to run a cable in a crawl space. Randy came within 24 hours and did a great job.

It went great! Moved furniture and accessories, mounted TV and cleaned up.

Over the years, my system had become both outdated and unusable...I had forgotten the correct settings to make all the things work, some were hooked up incorrectly, and I had added some new pieces that were not integrated. For example, the wired speakers on the outside deck would not play, I could not get the surround sound to work with the TV,and I could not watch TV and play music in another part of the house at the same time. Randy came in and quickly assessed the situation and in a couple of hours got EVERYTHING running again and right. He took the time to show me the steps and we documented all the processes for the various options. We also labelled the various controls and settings with understandable and easy names. He had me go through the steps multiple times to be sure I understood. He also explained some new technology that was available to expand the use of my system and, while he did not do a hard sell, he offered to come back and install that in the future. Very happy with the service. Would use him again and recommend him. Very pleasant and patient.

Great. Randy did excellent work and was punctual. I gave him a bad review at first because it took him over 10 days to get back to me after my initial contact. I'm glad after he contacted to have him to the job it is a high quality custom job.

Called and got a reasonable estimate. Impel came out within a week and got the job done.

Randy contacted me immediately after I emailed him and we chatted about the project; he provided me with a very fair estimate and was scheduled to arrive only a few days later. He finished with the project with a fair amount of precision and was more concerned with our feedback and satisfaction than any service provider we have worked with in the past. Prior to calling Impel, we had a few other folks out to provide estimates, some were frightfully inexperienced, another never returned calls or emails, and the last was absurdly overpriced. Impel Services was none of these, but instead courteous, knowledgeable, professional, swift, thorough and experienced. Not to mention reasonably priced. I am extremely pleased with the work performed and highly recommend Impel Services. In fact, had we not already purchased a television, we would have surely gone w/ one of the package deals available on their website as they are most definitely a bargain. Randy suggested ways to improve our on-wall TV installation that had not been suggested by the prior two companies that we called, so I couldn't be more happy that we found Impel. The TV looks awesome and everything was left in tip top shape after the project was completed. Overall I'd rate the experience as outstanding.

Randy had planned to be at my home between 2 and 4 pm, but he did call when he was running late on the prior job, and then kept me apprised of when he would come. He arrived at 6 pm, rapidly reviewed the work to be done, and completed and tested the system within 1.5 hours. He knew exactly what to do, was very pleasant to work with, and is a consummate professional. I was VERY impressed, and it cost me nothing beyond the labor that I purchased.

This company never contacted me to do the work. I will get a refund.

Spoke with Mr. Perry on Saturday for availability of installation on Monday. He had to check his prior appointments and return my call within 24 hours. Mr. Perry had install my first TV set three years earlier, did an excellent job. He called me on Monday to let me know his schedule and for me to notify him once the TV was delivered. Mr. Perry arrived within 30 minutes of my call, we were so excited. Once he remove the TV he went beyond what we requested and set up the TV in another room, truly appreciated. He continuously explained what he was doing, what would look best and requested our input. Mr.Perry is a professional, very knowledgeable in installation of wall mounting TV and excellent rate for his high quality of work. His goal is to leave the customer completely satisfied. I would recommend him to family and friends.

He was amazing. He hired him for just install a new wall mount tv but asked him to come back to install ceiling surround sound. He was very knowledgeable about all his services and products and true professional! He would hire him again!!!

They did a fantastic job. The only concern I had was the Big Deal purchase did not include hanging the TV up, which ended up costing extra money. The Big Deal should have been a little more clear. I still think it was a great job performed.

Everything went great and was completed to perfection.

It was fine. Randy was very nice. He was here for about an hour and a hafl. I had some questions regarding the whole hook up. He spent a lot of time trouble shooting. He was testing some other things that weren’t working. He was pretty thorough. He gave some estimates to update of things like switching to one remote. He called the night before to confirm the appointment. He called to let me know he was running late.

He arrived on time and the work was completed as quickly as possible while maintaining high quality. I added additional aspects of the job on the spot and he was very accommodating and worked later than usual to complete the job. All of his work was completed with care and he was sure to test the equipment before leaving as well as clean up any mess. Randy was also very responsive to a few minor questions I had after the installation even though he was on vacation. He had a wonderful attitude and was a pleasure to do business with. I will be recommending Randy to my friends and family and he will be my first call for any related work in the future!

Randall came and we presented to himwhat we needed. He did not offer many suggestions at the visit and told us he would send recommendations and estimate. Prior to the visit he agreed to credit the initial consult fee ($99) f we agreed to use him. Unfortunately Randall never contacted us again and the nearly $ 100 was a waste . We are retired and prefer to use our money more wisely.

Randy communicated diligently He arrived on time and provided needed parts at a reduced price, where I failed to buy them. He moved very quickly and told me the best configuration, subtlety so it sounded like my idea :-) He cleaned up where holes were drilled and installed wall plates as needed. He is very personable and great with jokes and communication skills.

They were prompt, fast and professional. We had them install a wall mounted flat panel TV and hide wires behind wall. They did a very nice job and were done in good time. We would definitely use IMPEL again.
