Description of Work: He had to connect already run wires for a 5.1 surround sound system, make sure all was well with the wiring, and then set up the Blu-Ray and receiver. For someone who knows what they're doing, it was easy for him. I just didn't feel like I was getting $600 worth of work on the job. He came up with the number quickly, and I don't recall getting a receipt, though I may have. It never sat well with me, and I had some more work ready for this guy at my business. My friends were here at the time, and they also thought his charge was outrageous.

Hi, I am very sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. According to my records I installed a 5.1 surround system including mounting speakers on the wall with brackets that I provided, mounted the TV on the wall with a bracket that I provided, fished/concealed wires for both while providing some of the wires/plugs/connectors/wall plates, programmed an RF remote which I provided, linked up the computer to the TV, Connected surround receiver with all equipment, ran new coaxial wire for the cable box and gave an in home consultation to provide price estimate Before I returned later for the work you requested to be done. From the $600 you paid there was a fair amount of parts/supplies, plus a lot of work done. You actually got a really great price if you compare it to any professional in this line of work that is any good at what they are doing. You paid cash so I gave an additional discount for that as well. Sorry, wish I could have been able to please you. Please feel free to call me to discuss things if you wish. 443-804-3163

Description of Work: Two situations...a sound system was not working properly, and a new TV system was not functioning appropriately. They came, diagnosed the problems and offered solutions. They came back after a week or two with the parts needed an made both work to our satisfaction.

Description of Work: Impel services were awesome. The job included mounting a 55 inch tv into a brick wall over a fireplace. However the job included electrial and cable work as well. The cost included everything even the mount itself. I am very happy and will use again. This guy was great, detailed oriented, and honest.
