IMPEL Services was very professional & efficient. The technician was on time and provided quality service.

OK, Randy had problems with the Bose and had to return to fix. I paid for a part ($50) that I did not need and he took the part with to offset for his time to troubleshoot

I already had the system hooked up but the wires to the speakers were visable and posed a tripping hazard as well as being ugly. He worked diligently to find creative ways to bury the wires. I appreciated that he was fine with going into our dark and dusty crawl space to make it all possible. The entire family is thrilled with the new look! My only concern is that I bought a $100 all-in-one remote that needed to be programmed and he quoted $75 to do that work as an add-on. While he was here I asked a few questions and was able to configure the remote myself and save the additional money. I just would have thought that would have been part of the service I had already purchased but, to be fair, he felt it was a separate service since it didn't come with the original system. Other than that one issue I was very pleased with his work.

He was prompt and courteous. I would use him again.

The Angie's list offer ($149)was for just the TV installation. There were additional charges for cables/wires, but Randy asked if I had additional cables/wires available so he could save me the expense. This impressed me greatly and indicated to me that Randy was concerned about the costs I would incur was not trying to gouge me. I also asked Randy to install my home theater. He needed additional wiring and cables, but I thought his prices were fair and reasonable. Randy was at my house for 7+ hours and worked continually without a break. The outcome was superb. After the installations, Randy sat with me and patiently demonstrated how to operate all units. I did not feel rushed, and he answered all my questions. Furthermore, he told me to call him if I ever had any trouble. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

I saw the ad for Impelservices I believe back in Aug or Sept! I knew if I get it at that time I could lock in the rate for Christmas when My wife and I would get a TV!I talk to Randy Perry sometime after that time that I ordered the service and he assured me that he could do the work and he also referred me to his web-site! I was impress seeing pictures of a TV over a fireplace and that gave My wife and I an idea for another job that he could possibly do by putting a TV over our fireplace! First issue with him. Well we started corresponding after Christmas and he told me that he had an opening the 2nd week in Jan!I e-mailed him back and picked the 9th and he e-mailed me back agreeing on that date the 9th!A couple of days later I get an e-mail that he would do it on the 19th! I called and e-mailed him several times to confirm that we agreed on the 9th! I really believed something was going on because he didn't respond back in a timely manner. In the past he gave me quick responses! I decided to report it to The representatives of Angie's List! I explained that this Randall Perry agreed on a date and he suddenly change it and is now possibly avoiding me!An Angie's List representative ask me did I want my money back....At the time I wanted them to talk to him and find out what was going on...I thought even maybe he could be sick or had been in some kind of accident so he can't physically get in touch with me because something may have happened to him! So I at the time basically just wanted them to investigate my issue with Impelservices! Well he contacted me about 2 or 3 days later and was very apologetic and told me that he was busy with The Christmas Holiday events! He agreed to stay with the original date Jan 9th! I told him I saw a mount and I told him the product # and a way to see it along with my TV Model #! I e-mailed him pictures of the area in my bedroom where to put the TV! I sent him many e-mails and reminded him that I'm making sure I'm leaving no stone un turn so you will know exactly what we want! He said that he had several different wall mounts and they range from different prices and he assured me that I would like his mounts! I asked him also about stands that I saw one on his site and he said that one was $249.00! He said that he had other stands that he would bring also! He called me Jan 8th confirming our appointment and saying that he didn't have any stands available because I didn't let him know ahead of time so he could ordered it! I told him that you said you had other stands and would be bringing them! I said well let's forget about the stands! He said OK...then he ask me what type of wall mount did I want and I said like the one with the product # I gave U!He said he might have one similar and He said he didn't know if my walls could take it hanging up! I said well when you come just bring the other mounts and we can decide! He said I have to order it first and it could take awhile! I then said you are telling me this the day before the install date and I took the day off! He then said you didn't tell exactly what you wanted! I told him about the one product # that I did told you and he said he didn't carry that one! I said OK....Let's do this....Since I took the day off and we have an appointment just come by with a Stud-Finder and you can see what wall mount could hold in my wall! He said that would be extra and I charge extra for a visit like that it will be $125.00! I then said ...I take off of work and you call me the day before to tell me that you don't have any wall mounts just forget it and I will be telling the representatives of Angie's List! I believe Mr.Perry never wanted to see me on the 9th of Jan....I tried to do everything so he could make it right and not let me lose a day of work! This Company Impelservices in my opinion doesn't represent the values of a company like Angie's List and should not be associated with them! I have had last year a wonderful experience with meeting a great company from Angie's List "ACH Company" whose owner is named Pavel! I hope to have a better experience with Angie's List this year!

Randy was extremely friendly. He clearly goes out of his way to please and accommodate your wishes. He worked very hard and did an excellent job installing our surround system (which was no easy task in our basement). We ended up paying beyond the original price of the "Big Deal" for some extra work we had him do but feel it was worth it.

Randy did a great job of installing what I had for the component shelf. He sold me a good wall mount for my TV, saving me the trouble of picking one out. He was helpful when I had to make a few decisions and run out and purchase some supplies for the job. Overall I am very pleased with his work. It was more money than I expected to spend for the work (what project isn't these days?) , but I think his price and convenience was VERY fair. I would call him again if I needed another component installed. THANKS RANDY !!

Randy arrived on time, had no problems and finished the job in about an hour!! The TV really looks great on the wall!

They were wonderful. The guy who did the work for us was really awesome. He worked with us well and did excellent work. We will use them again in the future.

ACTUALLY CAME ON A SATURDAY,INSTALLED MOUNTING BRACKET TO WALL,CUT HOLE IN WALL FOR CABLES AND WIRES.LOOKS VERY CLEAN.VERY HAPPY WITH RESULTS.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.NICE JOB.WILL USE AGAIN.

Arrived on time. Joked about his angies list report I would give. Got to work immediately. Gave exactly what I wanted. Cleaned up after himself. Had the extra part I didn't have. Attention to detail. No problems, no complaints.

Randy did a great job installing our TV mount, and for a good price. He was very easy to work with, and was also able to install an electrical outlet and hole for the wires from the TV into the wall for us. We had been told by a different company during a site survey that those wouldn't even be possible, given the location that we wanted the mount installed, so we were very happy that Randy was able to do those for us as well. We would definitely use Randy again in the future if we have other installations to do.

Very happy with the service and would use Randy again for this type of work. Was able to do the estimate by e-mail (I sent Randy marked up photos of what I wanted done) and he was very responsive in his communications. On time, friendly and professional. Also followed up after the work was done to make sure everything was working as it should. I had ordered all the parts that were needed for the job and Randy (unlike others) did not try to up-sell me on the parts. He had provided estimates and when he found out that I had already done some of the wiring and installation (I installed the rear speakers myself), he reduced his initial estimate. He was up front about the fact that if he needs to use parts he brings to the job, I would have to pay for them and there would be a markup over the price paid to cover his expenses in obtaining them (which I expected and was fine with).

Randy was terrific. He showed up on time and completed the job efficiently and on-budget. I got a great price on a LED TV on Amazon. When the TV got to my house, I tried to begin the installation myself and quickly figured out that I'd need to hire somebody who'd done this before. I got Randy's contact info from AL and scheduled a time for him to come out. He gave me a general estimate over the phone based on my description of the job. He showed up on time and finished the whole thing in about 2 hours. The job looks and performs well. The wires are invisible and the TV looks terrific. We couldn't be happier and will use Randy again when we get a surround sound system later this year.

Randy did a great job. He worked well with us and with the other contractors.

He did an EXCELLENT job. It's an old house and I was concerned about damaging the walls or floor in the process of snaking the cables from the high corners around the room. Randy handled the task creatively and with a very positive attitude. He's also very neat. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

We were referred to Randy by a friend who had used his services, too. We bought a new TV and surround sound system and needed it to be set up, so we decided to give him a call. When we called him, he quoted us a price for the job we described. He was able to do the installation that week and he showed up on time. He assessed the situation and discussed with us what we wanted. From there he began to install the TV and the rest of the components. When he was done he cleaned up and everything look professionally installed. Since then we have had questions about our satellite and system and he has always been able to answer our questions and has been helpful.
