Randy who is the owner of Impel Services provided us with a earlier installation of a flat screen TV above our fireplace. We were so pleased with his expertise and neat, efficient installation plus cleanup that we asked him to return to clean up what the cable provider had quickly installed and to adapt our Blu Ray Player for enhanced services and provide us with a wall surge protector to replace the unsightly power strip which was also much less protective than what he installed for us. We made an appointment and also spoke to Randy a day before he came to do the work. He was prompt, efficient, very neat and complete with ideas of how to proceed. He educated us on using the equipment and asked us questions to ensure that we had learned what he taught correctly. Once he was convinced that we could operate the system on our own, he made sure that we had written instructions to which we could refer. Overall we were once again, pleased with the entire job start to finish and have arranged to have Randy yet a third time to install a security system camera that we had purchased but had never installed. Randy gave us an estimate to do that work and he will proceed with it this week. I would highly recommend Impel Services. Randy is considerate of what is needed and conservative in cost and equipment. Using Impel means a quality top-notch job every time!

This went very well. Had two TV's mounted to the wall. The service person ran the wires through the wall to hide them. He also came prepared with extra wiring that we needed. The cables we had were not long enough. This allowed us to get up an running right away.

Randy (the proprietor) arrived on-time and was very helpful in working out the specifics on this project. The installation was done quickly and professionally, using high quality materials. He cleaned up before leaving and made sure that everything was as I wanted it. Overall, an excellent experience.

Phone I was considering purchasing a special on Angies list and had a question about whether it applied to other work I wanted done. I called Randall on a weekend, expecting to leave a voicemail message. Randall was very professional, friendly and informative on the phone, while avoiding being overly chatty or pushy. He answered my questions and was honest., even letting me know that some additional work that I was considering having done actually cost less than the special he advertised. I only needed to purchase one special, and he charged me a reasonable rate for some additional work. Service He arrived promptly and worked the entire time. Randall had to drill holes in the wall and use his judgement on making sure the t.v. & wires were safe from my mischievous toddler. (I was at work; my mother was home). The work was done exactly as I requested. His was very precise, thorough and considerate. He even asked me where I wanted him to move the t.v that he removed from the wall. When he left, the area where he worked was spotless - it was probably cleaner after he left than it was before he arrived. Bottom line: Highly recommend.

Everything went perfect, was exactly like I thought. I would recommend IMPEL Services and Randy to anyone.

The installation went extremely well. We couldn't have asked for a more professional individual to put our home theatre together. He ran the cable from our basement and was able to keep it hidden from view. He even hung up on coat rack onto our brick wall because I didn't have a drill that could do it. I would definitely use Randy again.

Randy was great to work with! Randy called shortly after I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal in order to schedule a time for the installation. During the initial, Randy explained the process so I'd know what to expect and answered questions. He let me know ahead of time that the tilting mounting bracket, which I thought I needed would be extra and I appreciated knowing that information beforehand rather than being surprised the day of the install. On the day of the install, Randy was on-time and quick to complete the job. He took the time to offer suggestions on placement of the TV on the wall and pro and cons of using certain mounting brackets and installing a electrical outlet higher on the wall behind the TV. Randy mounted our 42 inch flat screen, sound bar and hooked our Wii and Playstation to the TV. After everything was done, Randy took the time to explain how our sound bar and Wii worked since those were fresh out of the box. Overall, I was very satisfied and would recommend IMPEL to friends.

Overall fantastic! Started with introduction and a detailed discussion of the job, answering questions. He asked me about my particular expectations for his service. I asked him about what he was able to do in addition to what we had discussed so prior to the job getting started we had a pretty good idea of what was to be expected and what it all would cost. After the job was done Randy cleaned up very well and was very good about not wasting materials and doing a quality job for a great price. Gold star, white glove service, for a bargain. Randy is a great guy and I will be using him again and I have referred many friends and family to him.

The service went great. He did an excellent job. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. We were very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone. He did a good job. My husband thought it was a good deal with respect to their price. With respect to his responsiveness, he was very busy but he was just trying to work into his schedule.

This is the second time we've used IMPEL Services and he's always very reliable and professional. He was on time and has a lot of equipment. He was great.

Randy came on 19 June and did an outstanding job for us. He didn't just mount the TV to the wall. I was working and my wife was home. He carried all of the wiring and sound equipment as well as the TV to the basement where he mounted the TV to the wall. He helped her set up all the equipment. We are having him back to do additional work this coming Monday. This gentlement is outstand and we definitely recommend him highly. Randy was proactive and called me directly after I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal coupon for TV bracket installation and mounting. After a few rounds of phone tag, Randy was able to come install my TV the same day! My HDMI hookup was already prewired, but for only one cable - I asked Randy if he could add another cable and he attempted to do so. Ultimately, he wasn't able to get the cord around the corner in the wall, but I appreciated his flexibility in the attempt! Randy was very open with me about other solutions for the problems and I was able to confidently order a $10 HDMI switch that solved the problem with minimal hassle, based on Randy's recommendations. Full installation took about 2 hours, including 30 minutes or so fishing the 2nd cord - My TV is mounted and works beautifully. He was quick, efficient, super friendly and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend Randy to a friend or neighbor for any audio / visual services.

Great communication on what he'd do and the pricing for it. Great flexibility on the scheduling and worked with me when our schedules would not permit the work to be done before Big Deal I purchased expired. Very professional throughout and helpful and patient with a lot of questions from me. I'd highly recommend his service to anyone.

He arrived on a Saturday to install the wall mount. He cleaned up after himself and even showed me how to use my HD cables correctly.

Randy was great. He has been working with me since December and I finally bought all of my equipment for my surround sound system and he came out on a Sunday and installed it all. I had 5 speakers, bass, tv to mount, wii, xbox, blu ray, and a receiver installed. Randy took his time and came up with a plan and there were NO additional holes in the walls or ceiling. He did a fantastic job and had the extra parts that I did not have with me. The sound is phenomenal and I am thoroughly pleased with the final product. I do not usually do reviews but Randy deserves one. If you are looking for a true professional who knows his job-hire him.s s

Everything he did was very neat and tidy as he promised. He did what I wanted and everything works well. I will be using him in the future for some outside speaker work.

He was absolutely wonderful, giving advice and suggestions for my other 2 TVs. He looked at a broken TV in the basement, found and fixed a bad coax cable connection for free. I was so impressed that I had him replace the wall mount in the family room with a scissor mount so I could watch TV from the kitchen. I had priced those mounts online ($500) and he only charged me $400. He also gave me the coupon price for both TV installations. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

The experience was good. This seemed like a job we could’ve done ourselves, but we were happy with it overall.

He did a very good job. He completed the work very quickly, too! With the mounting, he was able to just make two holes large enough for the wires to go behind the drywall. He had a cleaver method to get the wires underneath the drywall without doing anything drastic drywall to get the job done. It was a very clean, professional job. We were also moving an electric fireplace downstairs, which he helped us with! Everything looks very nice and the experience was pleasant overall.
